My daughter works in healthcare on 2nd shift. She went through the drive-thru to order food for herself and two coworkers, each order being paid separately. The manager said they could only take two orders per car. She asked if she could drive around again to get the third order and was told no. So, my daughter is working a full shift with no lunch. Thanks KFC. I gave a one star review only because I can't give a zero. Shame on you!
Larry the manager lol he said he was the manager when I asked at 8 pm tonight said they close at 930 so 90 whole minutes and he said they had turned the fryer off half an hour ago so let me ask you this you have and I quote a few wings can't make a family meal so what are you going to do for the remaining 90 min other than just sit there and turn ppl away your not making the kfc owners money just avoid this kfc if you can Larry seems like the type of person to use the bathroom and not wash his dirty hands and I highly doubt he is the manager.larry is. I said your job and he said my job was to order (non existent food I guess or move on )
Finally...It tastes like it used to. The drive thru was lined way out..?..But was super quick and the Man and Lady were friendly even though you could tell they were so tired? It was Crispy and ? Hot.. not oily and heavy ☺️
Pulled up to drive thru, was told there was a 15 minute wait for for extra crispy chicken, 10 minutes for tenders, no pot pies, even longer for original recipe. I decided to wait, parked next to the other waiting people. (Dining room was closed). After 25 minutes someone brought my food out. Got home, discovered several side orders missing. Went back, sat in line for another 40 minutes. Long story short, I asked for and got a refund. What should have taken 20 minutes tops ended up being a 1 hour and 45 minute ordeal (including drive time). This particular location has always been problematic. Slow service, missing items ect. Will not be going back.
People,make sure you get your order complete before you leave. I’m drinking water instead sweet tea. Food it’s always good.
Terrible customer service. If your an Uber driver or for door dash and your food isn't ready be prepared to sit and wait (yes I understand the food not being done) but not saying anything to your customers is absolutely ridiculous.
Food is great. A little problem getting drive thru orders correct.
Your employees need to learn some real manners. Basically throwing the food at me and slamming the drive-through window in my face without even a word. Real nice
I hate that I have to write this but I ordered from here twice and I got sick both times. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and the famous bowl. They were good until about two hours later.
I knew kfc would not disappoint with the plant-based chicken. Tastes just like real chicken! Honestly better than any other vegetarian or vegan brand I’ve tried.
