Went there 1/28/22 in the evening. I went in and wanted to get the buy one get one half off. I asked what the coupon code was because my phone app wasnt working. They said they had no idea what the coupon code was and i had to order on line. I got that! I was trying. I went back out side and foind the coupon code and ordered. After I went in to pickup I noticed I was not given the discount I talked to the manager and he said he was sorry but he ciuldnt do anything for me. I would have to cancel order and reorder. Really!!!!!! By now I was very upset. He, Cody, the manager was going to do nothing and really didnt care. We travel alot for work and go to jimmie johns wearever we are. I have sent a email to corporate and dont know if anything will come of it but We can spend our money elsewhere. I will give it a day or two and see if they respond. If not well thats just one more fast food olace off our list. Its a shame no one wants to do a good job. People just dont care.
Sandwiches are always delicious and ready within, 3-5 minutes!
excelents sandwiches. especially the Beefy black and bleu ( roast beef with blue cheese crumbles).
So I ordered a #5 no tomatoe. I had to return it twice. The manager on duty was the one who made it incorrectly the second time. He also instructed one of the other employees to remove the meat from the one I returned. Not a place of business that deserves my service.
I love jimmy johns - and now there is a loyalty program to earn free sandwiches. Wish I’d signed up sooner!
Always my go to sub shop. They have wonderful customer service and very quick and tasty!
My experience was great per usual at Jimmy John’s until the very end. My girlfriend and myself were waiting to have our food handed to us just like the rest of the customers before us. However we were told by a young lady (that just put food in the previous customers hand) “you can put it in there yourself.” It’s was very subtle yet very disrespectful. I will not be going back to this Jimmy John’s again.
I tried the new Chicken Caesar Wrap for the first time and it's terrible. I was really surprised as all their sandwiches are tasty. I will stick with my usual. Italian night club and Turkey Tom. Hate that I wasted my money.
