Guy answering the phone didn’t listen, was extremely rude, told me I was wrong about the delivery and then hung up on me when I asked to speak to the supervisor. sure enough 2 hours after I made the order and 90 mins after my call to clarify the location due to issues in the past with delivery (which little buddy didn’t even attempt to listen to) someone called me telling me they’d arrived. Still at the incorrect entrance but at least she found the building. The restaurant is literally 2 miles away. Also gave me water from the tap when a soda was ordered and put onions on the sandwich. The guy I gave it to threw it out after 2 bites bc he said the meat was spoiled. I’m not sure if this was delivered this way intentionally bc of the call I had with them but given the attitude of the guy who answered the phone I’m leaning toward yes. I Would love to get a response from the owner of this location but if she/he hires folks like this then she/he is probably not much better themselves. Filed a complaint with doordash and plan to file a formal complaint with the franchise once I find the info to do so. DoorDash should remove this location as they also don’t allow doordash to deliver their items so delivery cannot be traced and you cannot get an accurate time of when the order will be delivered. Such a shame too… I’ve never had a bad experience at any of the other locations.
Oh man. Everyone who has eaten here would agree, this place is awesome! Fast friendly service and great food. It’s a super dining area at the perfect spot. Whip in with great parking and lots of it and back on the road in a sec. I love eating here. Each time I go, I am always pleased.
Came in and they weren’t busy which was fine but there was an employee sitting in the counter where they prepare the sandwiches. Not sure that’s very sanitary. They were friendly and quick with my order. Seemed to have an issue with their registers and checking me out however.
Paid about $4 in total for bacon on both sandwiches and didn’t get any on either. Didn’t even get lettuce. Management would only help if I traveled all the way back to the store with sandwiches. Won’t be returning.
The best. Always. This sandwich shop is originally from my home town in Central Illinois. I grew up eating it, so I was beyond excited when they started to franchise and moved to the south where I live now. Just as good as I remember the original being!! Nobody beats JJ's!
My kids and I visited last night for dinner. Overall, experience was just ok. Food was average and order for the sandwiches was correct, but I got charged for 3 bottles of water without my knowledge when I asked for water cups. When i clarified after I paid why it cost almost $22 for one average adult sub and for 2 small children, I got the reply “well we are out of water cups so I charged for 3 water bottles.” Not ok. Always ask before you charge! My kiddos drank 1-2 oz of the water from those bottles and then threw them out. Ugh..so frustrating.
Freaky fast deliveries and great service. Shoutout to the delivery guy Andrew, he's awesome.
Their box lunch specials give you a sub, cookie, chips n a drink at a great price. The drivethru is quick at service at this Jimmy John's in Lebanon, tn.
Stop going to Subway, eat at Jimmy John's. The sandwiches are fresh and full. No soggy tired bread with a tiny bit of old meat that's been sitting on the line for hours. Jimmy John's is always made fresh, it's filling and it will satisfy your hungry pangs. You Get what you pay for
