Excellent salad...Very big. Not crowded good food and waitress. Hotel near by easy walk from hotel to restaurant .
Love their Southern Chopped Salad! Ordered a couple through the drive thru. Unfortunately they left off one of my favorite ingredients. Not a big deal but I called to see if it was a ingredient shortage or just an oversight. Thankfully it was fixable. A quick drive back & they went overboard to make it right....pleasant response and great customer service!
We have not had better BBQ anywhere in TN. The staff was very friendly and attentive. My husband is disabled and they made accommodations for him with out me having to ask. He always has issues and this was no different he actually dropped his food as we were leaving. They replaced it I give them cudos because now I can see that even their staff is top notch. Smiles on all their faces. Not something you see everyday.
I am very picky about BBQ and this place rocks! I had the three meat combo with the 2 sides and I gobbled it all up! The sides were baked beans and potato salad (the potato salad was better than my Grandma's). I thought the prices were very reasonable. Looking forward to eating here again!
Love Jim N Nicks BBQ! Thanks for having gluten free options as well! I moved from TN to NC about 6 years ago so I never get to eat Jim N Nicks anymore and I sure miss it! Every time I come to TN to visit I always stop in and pick something up at the drive thru. It’s always so good!
The potato salad tasted like mashed potatoes with alot of mustard. The Chicken was decent. The mac n cheese was disgusting. Service was mediocre. We definitely have had better!!! The little muffins and peach tea were good though.
Best barbecue I’ve had in a long time. I had the pork sandwich w/ greens and corn on the cob. ?
I was visiting from Boston and I always try to bring back some pulled pork. I wanted to sit at the bar and have a drink while I waited on my food. I waited at least 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me and another 10 minutes to give my order. I ordered a pound of pulled pork. It came out 10 minutes later and I sat and watched it sit behind the bar for another 10 minutes. Very disappointing. I wish I had looked at it before I left the restaurant. There was a lot of fat on it. It wasn't worth my time to freeze it and bring it back on the plane. I'll have to look for a new place to get my pulled pork.
Highly recommend! Delicious food at a great price! Staff made you feel right at home!
I love BBQ and this is not it. This is the second time I have asked for little to NO fat, and they gave me food that looked like fatty scraps you give a dog.
