Ordered delivery through the Jet's site. Pizzas came right on time, with perfectly distributed ingredients, and still warm. My honeybunnie, who had never had Jet's before, was impressed. I'm Sicilian, and raised on New York pizzeria pizzas, and I was not disappointed. Not exactly a bargain, but ya get what you pay for (in this case at least.) If you're in the mood for Detroit-style thick pizza, this Jet's does deliver.

If Jets is just going to pass the ordered to DoorDash versus deliver themselves, the Jets needs to eat the delivery cost of $7. If I’d known that I would of found some place faster and better and paid the same over inflated cost. Won’t be ordering from here again.
Very reasonable customer who understands things happen some times. After waiting1.5 hours for an approximate wait time of 1 hour I called to check in. Before I could get a word out they said our pizzas where on their way. 45 minutes later no pizza and they called me this time. Apologized for a screw up and said new pizzas are being cooked and will be at the house in 20 minutes. I thanked them for calling. I then spent the next 45 minutes contemplating if I should start cooking something to feed the fam who was getting hangry. So after 3 hours total of waiting I called back, spoke to a manager, and found out nothing was ever cooked! No one could tell me anything but lies. I truly don't understand why! Think I am done with jets. From the looks of the reviews sounds like other are too. Good luck jet's pizza on Franklin.
My favorite pizza place around. The 8 corner deep dish is amazing.
We bought the Smart Card from Scales Elementary and the coupon says BOGO, however, apparently Jets isn’t allowing the coupon for delivery, only pick up. It does not state that anywhere on the card. I’m on the PTO board and will consult with the other board members about taking you off the cards since you are not complying with what you said you would. That’s pretty pathetic of you as a company. We’ll make sure to spread the word to others who also used to support you.
Ordered from Jets tonight. Email confirmation said delivery time would be 60 minutes. An hour and 40 minutes later our pizza arrived... cold and tasting like it had been sitting in a car for over an hour. Apparently they are low on delivery staff and turfing it out to door dash because I got texts from them asking for my street number... which I entered when I ordered and one that looked like they had our address at some apartments.
Worst pizza experience I ever had. The pizza took over 1 hour 30 minutes to be delivered. The pizza tasted like it had been in a vehicle for an extended period of time. The pizza tasted awful.
I do not appreciate being racially profiled at this particular Jet's Pizza. I was told to... and I quote "get to the back of the line" after waiting in my car patiently and then going inside and waiting in line again for my pizza. The young lady at the counter was running the drive-thru line and The line inside so, there was no clear direction on what I needed to do in order to attain my pizza. Jet's Pizza on victory village You have lost my business... Thank goodness I didn't pay for my order ahead of time ✊?
The best pizza around! It’s always fresh and I love the workers! I tell everyone that hasn’t had Jets to come to this location!
