Like most of the reviews I am highly unsatisfied! My order was $114 for Uber eats to deliver only 2 pizzas and 2 breads. I ask where the rest is she says that's what they gave me. I call the store he says we'll cam she come back? No she's gone one with that $13 tip. I went to pick up the rest of my order and the young man tried to help he said it would be 20 mins for the wings so I said refund it. They couldn't find the salad so another young man who was walking around with his hands up his shirt walks to a salad drawer opens it and starts grabbing handfuls of lettuce and puts it in the bowl no gloves without washing his hands. At this point they find my salad. He provided me a credit for the wings and the salad that at this point I never intend to use! If that young man did this so comfortably once he would do so numerous times! That's disgusting! The young man helping me I can only assume is some manager also told me that they had been having many issues from Uber eats such as them biting pizza and then delivering it. I do not fault them for the driver but I was pushed beyond the edge when he took his hands off his bare stomach and placed them in the salad drawer. I absolutely intend to follow up with corporate this is unacceptable!
We received a coupon in the mail, you know those hard plastic card types. It stated one large one topping pizza would be $10.99. We always ask for extra pizza sauce on our pizza, this was no different. My husband ordered a pepperoni pizza and asked for extra sauce. He was placed on hold so the gentleman placing the order could ask the manager. He came back and said it would make the pizza $15.99. Seriously $5.00 for extra pizza sauce? We were not charged extra for extra pizza sauce on a second pizza we paid full price for, the Eugene Supreme.We have never been charged extra for extra pizza sauce with any other pizza chain.If they think this is a good way to drum up business mailing out coupons, think again. Maybe for some people, but not for us anymore. We will go elsewhere next time. Granted this may seem petty but it's the principle.
Horrible. Ordered my Pizza at 5:15 p.m. asking to have it ready by 6:45 p.m. for pickup and I finally got it at 7:35 p.m. It took 3 people to change out the recept tape and then they quit answering the phones. It was a total mess in there. My 3 Pizza's were great. Not worth the price after having to wait as long as I did.
This location does not have any delivery drivers so they have been using door dash for delivery. When the door dash driver arrived she had a huge dog in her car while my pizza was on the front seat uncovered. The pizza was in the box but typically dashers are supposed to have the food sealed in a bag. I don’t have any issues with dogs but I am highly allergic to dogs and have severe asthma and the fact that my pizza was not sealed bothers me especially during a pandemic. I threw the pizza away and when not be ordering from there until they get their own drivers back. I understand that there is a shortage in workers, but this is unacceptable.
Ordered from Jets. Fell asleep and woke up to a phone call. The driver said I didn't answer when he knocked so he left it at my door. That's what's up. Appreciate ya'll. Pizza slapped too.
Best Deep dish Pizza in the city. There hand tossed is really good too. I would say their crust's are one of their best assets. Very good dough.
Their deep dish is the best thick pizza in town. They put enough sauce on it. Not cheap and over-hyped! Their prices seem to vary depending on what day of the week it is.
