CHECK YOUR ODER BEFORE YOU LEAVE IF YOU ORDER ONLINE!! I work close to this location so I go on my lunch break often. I always order online or call in a pick up. They use to be pretty good but now they have gotten my order wrong 5 times in a row. And I don’t do long complicated orders. I get one sandwich, mikes way, just for me. I get the club and they have forgotten the bacon twice and have forgot to put mayonnaise and and vinegar/oil twice. The 5th time they gave me rosemary parm bread when I asked for white. I get that it’s not out of the ordinary for mistakes to be made with orders, but 5 time in a rows shows carelessness and across the entire establishment
Love the subs and the location in San Pablo, Ca. has very nice, friendly employees. I just don't like it when they don't clean the knife between orders and I'm afraid of cross contamination. So, I ask them not to cut my sub. I can see the knife loaded with mayo, and other condiments from the last order, and don't know how long that knife is sitting there if it's slow. so I will never let them cut my sub. Otherwise, good subs, good prices and good bread.
Not worth the money. Tomato's had zero flavor and the lettuce was too rusty for me. We might have to call Jimmy John's next time too compare them
So this location needs to do better. I ordered from them and they forgot a sandwich entirely. Then tonight, go to pick up my order and it’s not ready. Normally fine, but 30 min later walking out with our food. Customers who came and got in line after we arrived had their sandwiches made before us. I understand being busy and I understand waiting for a little bit, but to make other customers food before orders that have been waiting is unacceptable.
Love the ability to order on the app and then run in and pick it up when I’m in a rush. It’s also great to be able to earn free subs with the rewards points!
Dinner time rush. But they handled it like a pro. Got our family of 5 order in and out under 20min. ??
Got a Club Sub, Chips, and a Drink. And i order here when i have money to do so. But today was absolutely the best service, attitude, and even atmosphere. The girl helping me was incredible. Seemed to me she was going out of her way to help not just me but the whole store was full. If anyone she deserves a raise and a vacation! I’ll definitely keep going here just for that kind of service. Absolutely AMAZING.
My original review was incorrect by stating whole grain bread was the only option for whole grain. That said, my wife and I both enjoyed our choices, for me it was the cheesesteak and for her an Italian.
My husband and I went in to get two subs mine is gluten-free unfortunately as I have celiac. The person working started making my husband's then another customer comes in and the guy working tells me he's going to make the guys sandwich that just came in then he will make mine. I said I'm good and went to Kroger to get the stuff to make my own. He made me feel like my allergy was an inconvenience for him. I will never step foot in that place again.
