Food was good. Service sucked. The one that took my order was nice as she could be. But the lady at the other end of the counter where you got your silverware and plates was rude as hell. Never had someone in a restaurant throw dishes at me. The lady throws the tray down on the counter throws the salad plates and silverware on the tray and pushes it towards me. Literally throws the dishes on the counter. I tried to be nice and said "Thank You" but she never said anything just cut her eyes and walked off.
Not only has there been a huge price increase on the cost to eat here, (but that is everywhere) but their quality goes down on top of it. I ordered a soup & sandwich about 2 weeks ago. Asked for sandwich to be toasted. Was not. Not the last couple times I ordered either. Drive there to get my order & drive back to work. No spoon provided for the soup. If someone orders soup, make sure you give them a spoon instead of a fork & knife. How hard is that? Done with this place.

Somehow, I have managed not to have the Jason's Deli experience until today. I wish I had started going a lot sooner. This is an excellent modern update to the east coast diner concept. The menu is huge with lots of sandwiches, wraps, salads, soups and other items to include an extensive self serve salad bar. If you are going for the first time, study the menu online before you go. There is simply too much there to deal with by walking up to the counter. The food is excellent. I had a huge sandwich that was mixed rueben and pastrami. It was as good as what you got at some of the old legendary delis in New York. The format here is order from the counter and the bring the food to the table. It is usually crowded and things move fast. Don't overlook the complimentary ice cream at the end of the meal. Bottom line - I loved it.
Extremely nice personal!! Makes this place even more enjoyable! Wanted to mention Ashton and Cameron, who assisted us with our order, helped to solve some confusion and made it in the most respectful and friendly way!!☺️
Their salad bar is great, and the customer service is awesome! I always have a great experience here.
Was introduced by a friend to this place and loved it! I got the salad bar & the broccoli cheese soup OMG Delicious!! The kids got the kids meal chicken fingers with fruit and chips. Loved the different kind of tea that they offer. The salad bar is very stocked and offers all the yummy topings! Will definitely be back to try other food options. My kids liked having ice cream after. ?
The salad bar is always wonderful, but the breaded chicken tenders was disgusting!! the broccoli cheddar soup was good
The sheer ignorance of the people working there was enough to give a bad review, but to these "can't read good" type of cretins are the kind who confuse French bread for slices of white bread. My kids had things missing from their meal, and overall we had a terrible first time experience. Will never get food here again. 10/10 do not recommend!
Family placed an online order, and I went to pick up. Order was ready and I was out the door. When I got home there were several side items missing like chips, muffins, pickles, etc. I went back to the store in rush hour traffic because I am tired of paying and not getting. I ask to speak with the manager and a young lady came to speak with me. When I showed her my receipt and the things that were missing, she quickly told me that a couple of the items they did not have, and said it in a manner like i was suppose to know. I said then why was I charged? She said well I can fix your ticket if you like. You THINK? I told her this was not a mistake but a disregard, you have a list of things that go in the bag. A mistake is getting the wrong thing, but not getting what was ordered is someone not doing or caring about their job. She argues with me that it was a mistake and she would get the items together. As I was walking out the door she and a couple employees started laughing. Then to beat all I get home and there were things in my bag that I did not claim were missing, lol. Food gets 3 stars, service was disrespectful, and I am done with JD.
