If you tell them you don’t need a receipt, they will gladly add a tip to your card as you pull away! That’s an unauthorized transaction! Happened me to at this location on 3/16! Always ask for a receipt!

It is wonderful here! The customer service is top notch everytime I go, the smoothies/food is always fresh, and the wait time is not unbearable. Make sure you bring some cash for tipping the staff, because they deserve it.

My family and I love Jamba Juice, and we get the refreshing, yummy smoothies often . The girls are always friendly and fast. I once had a rather large order (several smoothies) and the young lady, Haley, got the order completed so quickly and without error. Love this place!
The smoothies are so so sooo good I love the smoothies, when ever I go there (my boyfriend can attest) the girls leave me dissatisfied with customer service, I work in customer service and know that a smile can go a long way. The girls give off a snobby presence and always seem to have an attitude. Smoothies are great, wish customer service could be the same.
