Our waiter was sweet. I ordered an ice coffee and it was a little stronger than I like it and our waiter brought vanilla syrup for me to add to it. He made us laugh when I asked where the restrooms were and he thought I asked where the register is. He mentioned it's his first week working there and I just wanted to leave a comment saying he's doing good. Good service, and great food.
I have never been to this IHOP before but I will never return again. The host checked me in and said that I would receive a text once I was ready to be seated. The host said that it would be a 10-15 min wait. My daughter and I sat down in the lobby and waited and watched 3 couples come in after us. 10 mins after they sat down all three parties were call to a table before we where. When I asked to speak to the manager he did not apologize but say oh you can come now. What was the point of checking in if your where going to call whoever you wanted to in the first place. Needless to say, I will never be back. There are other places with a much more filling and quality breakfast than this with much more knowledgeable and friendly staff and managers. So that will do it for me…. You do not have to worry about me .
I ate most of my sandwich and didn't realize all of my avocados were rotted. Can't wait to be sick later! Check your food before you eat! Not to mention they didn't even do anything to fix the problem. I still paid for my food, but I will not tip if you can't manage to fix the problem. Offering another avocado isn't going to fix the rotted ones i already consumed.
I have no choice other than to give this bad review. Today, our meal was very good. Waitress was awesome. No wait time whatsoever. However, the unacceptable thing happened. The bathroom. The women's bathroom, at 11:45am on Saturday, was so bad that the health department should have been called. A hazmat team was needed. No toilet paper anywhere. All period type material coming out of the boxes and onto the floor. Dirty. Gross. This bathroom had not been cleaned that day at all. Shame on your manager. Yes I reported this.
I was not impressed. It was one of the very few places that was open because they got a half an inch of snow. The chicken burrito was bland had too much rice and the salsa was like opening a can of tomatoes. The hash browns were good but the portion was very small.
I can't believe this little chicken sandwich was $15. I should have went to burger King. I could have gotten 2 full meals with drinks for $12......
The food, as always, is amazing and our server Andrew was over the top excellent. Our grandson was with us and has texture issues. Andrew was patient and careful to communicate Colton's needs to the kitchen. A clean plate was testimony to what a great time we had! It means the world to me when special needs are addressed with genuine kindness, patience and understanding.
The food was good. Service wasn't so good. Had to repeatedly ask for strawberry syrup because she kept forgetting us. I could understand if they were busy but they weren't.
I'm on a walker right now and when I went in they didn't see me in a very convenient place. Our waiter only seen her maybe once to take her order we sit there and eating drinks and nobody ever come by. Our order was wrong and that never got corrected or fixed. All in all I wasn't very happy or satisfied with our trip to IHOP. And spent over $40 still left a nice tip.
Good food! Very filling! Loved the banana strawberries pancakes and the spinach a mushroom.A little pricey but filling
