You usually can't go wrong with a Holiday inn, and this one lived up to the quality and dependability I expect. The only thing that keeps me out is that some are a little pricy, but this one had a very reasonable rate. Everything about it was great and comfortable. No complaints at all -- and can you do better than that in a hotel choice?
Great location, clean, and safe. We popped in here on a road trip for one night. The staff was good and attentive to our needs. The area is close to food, shopping and anything a traveler on the go would need. It was also close to a large conference center. If need a place on a trip, visiting MTSU, or Nashville ( a little far out, closer to air port; but doable in a pinch) I’d recommended.
We picked this one because we have IHG rewards and it had high google ratings. It stood up to that. Very comfortable room. Great service. And we got free hot breakfast with our IHG member room rate!
Sadly if I could leave a zero star rating I would. This was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at…… very high price for such a small room and not that nice either. When booking over the phone they didn’t tell me breakfast was not included… also our toilet wouldn’t flush and our bathroom had hair all over it before we even used it. As soon as my wife and our 3 littles walked into the room I wanted to turn around and walk out and go stay at a different hotel since there is another one the next exit.
Probably the best holiday inn that I've stayed at lately. Very warm welcome when I walked in the door. Room was clean, wifi was good, and a decent selection of television channels. There is also a restaurant in the hotel which is very convenient
Conveniently located off the highway . Pools not open yet for the season but should be soon. My mother stayed here while visiting our family she said she would stay here again. Had a great night sleep during here 4 day 3 night stay.
My brother came to visit so we decided to get a hotel instead of him sleeping on the couch. So glad that we chose Holiday Inn. The staff was great, the beds were comfortable and the stay was spot on. Will stay there again for sure.
Great customer service! it was very clean & the cleaning staff cleaned throughout the day! My husband and I are pescatarian so there weren't many food choices at the restaurant. There are many other food places around, and everything was convenient for "us"!
I am typically a Marriott junkie, however lately Marriott has declined so rapidly I refuse to spend the money at their establishments and tried HI instead. After many years of not being at a HI, I was SO pleasantly surprised! Their rooms are super clean! My husband is handicapped and the lovely people at the front desk have always been so accommodating! It is my new "haunt" when we have to stay in Murfreesboro! My only suggestion is to maybe keep the breakfast open til 10 instead of 9, as it is very hard to get down there by 9 for us.
First Hotel/Motel Stop on our way from Chicago to Ft. MYERS, and we lucked out! Very friendly & accommodating staff. Made me feel right at home with my daughter & my 2-yr old rescue dog, Lena. Clean and VERY Pet-friendly! So nice to quickly find pet-friendly accommodation’s since I’d hardly ever traveled- yet alone with a dog!
