Hot and tasty... fast service despite mt special order.
Not fast food everything that u eat is low on freshness.
It 8 minutes to take my order and I was next in line . The prices on the menu board were not right and I was charged more than advertised. The boy at the drive through window said corporate has changed the prices . Pulled in at 4:56 and got my order at 5:13 . This is the worst experience I have ever had at Hardee's!
This Hardees has been pretty good in the past. Ordered a breakfast platter today, which was missing hash rounds. That's not the big issue. The big issue was placing a piece of sausage that appeared to have already been bitten, into the platter. The other problem I have is the low quality chicken they use, similar to Zaxbys. They must slaughter the chickens too young, so it comes out stringy and disgusting. I've seen the issue on chicken tenders and sandwiches/biscuits. Find a better quality chicken supplier.‐-----------Spoke with Morgan the GM and she was nice and explained the sausage may have crumbled when they cooked it. She offered to replace our meal, which was nice. I mentioned the problem with the chicken quality and maybe they can get some traction to find a better supplier. I also mentioned the guy that usually takes orders is really nice and should be recognized for his outstanding service. Thank you for listening to my issue
Great food, great service and great atmosphere to eat in... We loved the nice fall/harvest decorations & appreciate the effort put in to making the dining room a welcoming & clean place to eat breakfast with each other!!! Keep it up... 10 out of 10 we recommend ?
Another great breakfast. Biscuit with gravy and their bacon egg & cheese biscuits are consistently delicious!
This is the best hardees ever! When I was a little kid I remember in Rhode Island a Hardee's location that was my go-to spot (before I found my love for deli foods (in subway)) this location gave me memories when me and my buddy Garrett Quailind would steal road signs and hide from the traffic cops in the hardees... same good burgers as then. Good fries too. When I was there i ordered my favorite burger, three patties with some mushroom sauce....all the other employees seemed to be disgusted but a lanky guy with many acne was very polite he seemed happy that I ordered it... polite people good food and memories of the good days... good place to get a burger after fishing for 7 hours with my dad who passed in 2006. he passed because he had a heart attack but this place is good...
Breakfast is amazing. Lunch not so much.
We had the breakfast platter.It came with Bacon, eggs, Bisquick, gravy, and tater tots. The food was served quickly and hot. Everything was cooked perfectly. Our car ? was being repaired at Christian Brothers, so this was a short walk for us to enjoy eating while waiting for our car to get fixed. Thanks for making time fly in a good way!
Stopped in to get a Frisco Breakfast sandwich one morning and asked for onion to be added to it. I was told that they DO NOT put burger toppings on breakfast items. First time in over 15 years that I have been ordering this sandwich that I was refused a topping I have ALWAYS got at EVERY Hardee's I've ever ordered them from. I didn't realize that onion was a "burger only topping". I will never stop by this Hardee's again. Poor customer service, and the girl at the window copped an attitude when I asked why I couldn't get onion added.......
