While the food is always amazing here, the service SUCKS! We always have to think twice before coming and if the food was not as good as it is we would not come here at all! The server literally stood there and argued loudly with us when we quietly tried to tell him that we got the wrong order. He also failed to put my sister’s sushi order in correctly, resulting in her receiving only one of the two rolls she ordered. By then we were both frustrated and just paid and left.
I really used to love Fulin’s. I always order the same 2 items, combo lo mein and crab Rangoon. Initially I thought it was a mistake but the past 3 orders the Crab Rangoon has been lacking… as in missing crab and well… all of the fillings. The combo lo mein has less and less protein. The food is flavorful but the quality of the content continues to decrease. Really bummed as this was my fav Chinese restaurant.
Definitely a run down shell of its former self but still better than the rest of the Chinese options in Murfreesboro, and the only one you can feasibly sit down and enjoy your meal. It will stay at 4 stars until we get better Chinese in Murfreesboro. Never mind they have sushi and red curry on the menu, it's definitely a Chinese place catering to pan-Asian tastes.
TERRIBLE! the food was awful. The fried rice was super dry and I couldn’t tell any difference in taste from the general Tao’s chicken and the sesame chicken from the over powering taste of sugar!!!I really didn’t want to leave a bad review but the food is the worst I’ve had in a long long time. However, the service was great. The staff are friendly. That’s all the positives I have. No, I won’t return not even if someone paid for my meal. I’d rather go hungry.
Love the sushi at Fulin's! Sensational and satisfying! Their menu has lots of options from yummy cooked entrees to their amazing sushi. Ordered the Tuna Love Roll! Yum and Yum! You must try this place! ?
The food was average. For the money we paid, it didn't measure up.The service was poor as well. Our server barely checked on us. We were out of drunks for 5-10 minutes. And our daughter wanted dessert but the server didn't come for so long that we asked for our checks to come out with the dessert. And what was most frustrating was that for most of our meal there was hardly anyone in the restaurant. You'd think we would have gotten better service because of this not worse.
The food is aaaahmazing! I’ve gone for lunch a few times and the consistency is definitely there. Only thing is the customer service sometimes is just ok but it’s never been bad. Definitely will go back every chance I get while I’m out shopping on that side of town. Their sushi is so fresh and the portions are filling. Worth the money!
Just had one of the worst meals! Ordered volcano roll, lettuce wraps and brown rice with a side of yum yum sauce. The Volcano was mostly rice and was fried in old tasting oil. The only seasoning for the lettuce was a sauce that seemed to be sugar syrup. The chicken was tough and stringy. The yum yum sauce was very bland, like pale pink mayo.
Always excellent food and quality, some times wait staff are busy, however they are always respectful. 100%
Went in Friday night before the Friday dinner crowd rush came in. Sat there for 20 ish minutes waiting for our drinks and to order our food. Meanwhile other people came in and their orders were taken and we were forgotten about. Food once it came out didn’t come out in a timely manner and the whole order at once. I got my food first and like 8 minutes later my other persons food came out. My tea was watered down and my food had bad old mushrooms in it. My other persons food also was “soupy” and thin instead of the usual creamy thicker texture of the sauce. The kitchen was completely disorganized and I know Gordon Ramsey would have an absolutely cow seeing this.I ordered an extra drink and that never came. Spend almost 2 hours in there and almost half that time waiting for food and ordering. Usually we don’t have a problem here but this last time was a nightmare. It’s gonna be while when we ever come back and it’s definitely not on a Friday or Saturday night.
