My wife and I visited for our 15 year anniversary. The dining room layout was nice, but seemed small which felt a bit crowded. Service was great. Food was excellent, but overpriced. The open kitchen concept should be reorganized to section off where the runners wait; as at least 2 were standing just a few feet from our table the whole time we were there.

Five Senses gets 5 stars in my book for quality of food, level of service, and ease of accessibility! My husband made reservations for our family and friends for my birthday and we were all blown away! Our food was absolutely delicious and the staff was so gracious! So many of them stopped by just to wish me a happy birthday. They even made me the most delectable dessert cocktail as a gift! We were greeted as we entered and again as we left. And the biggest bonus was that it all felt so sincere. Overall it was a wonderful experience! We’ll definitely be back!

My wife and I visited this fine restaurant on our 17th wedding anniversary. We had a delicious meal and were treated so wonderfully by the staff. They even brought out our dessert with a special happy anniversary message written in chocolate on the plate! If you are looking for delicious food and a wonderful dining experience, this is the place for you.

I am so glad I did not arrive hungry. Instead of investing all of their energy on making this place APPEAR like an upscale NY swank trap, a bit more time invested in basic service would be a much better expenditure of focus. I have waited less time for drinks on line at Yankees Games. We walked out after waiting for 33 minutes for wine and iced tea (not even cocktails). It’s a shame, because I was really looking forward to sampling the extremely limited menu, but my flight back to NY is on Friday evening, and I might not have made it had I insisted on eating here. The hipsters have definitely invaded Murfreesboro.

My wife and I had a wonderful dinner here recently. The food was very well prepared and the service was great!

Tonight, I dined with my newer foodie friend at Five Senses Restaurant & Catering and let me go on and tell you it's worth it.She made the reservation, so I was able to walk in and be seated while she was on her way (look, I'm early everywhere lol).I ordered an old fashioned (you know I did) and perused the menu. Everything looked amazing. I had already looked, but they had some specials on.By the time my friend arrived, I could tell this place was going to be in between Steakhouse Five and Primrose Table in terms of service type for me. There are places for everything, and I am not going to say one type is superior than the other. For me, Steakhouse Five is stuffy. I like to laugh and joke. Primrose is more my speed. You can cut up with the server but also get superior service. Five Senses seemed between that though slightly leaning toward Steakhouse Five. A little stuffy, but our server seemed cool. She was kind and attentive, respectful and knowledgeable. She kept my small water glass full 99% of the time. I say 99% because I chugged it and filled it again at one point. There was not enough time for her to see if empty! (They leave a carafe of water on the table; I didn't rush the kitchen or anything.)We started with the octopus appetizer on the menu plus the chorizo quesadilla, which was a special. When I tell you that this octopus was the most tender octopus I have ever eaten. They brought out a steak knife for it, but I probably could have cut it by pinching it between my fingers. It was like butter, the smashed potatoes and chorizo perfectly cooked and paired so well as not to overpower the octopus. It was really a perfect plate. The chorizo quesadilla special was really good, though not as adventurous. It was just a solid plate. For entrees, she had the chicken rigatoni because she said she'd never had pasta there. We all know I rarely order pasta out because I make it at home haha. But she loved that pasta, and the bite I took was really good. Nicely sauced without swimming. It stuck to the noodles in the right way.I had the lamb shank (and you can laugh at me trying to fit it in one of my containers lol). It was also so tender I didn't need a knife. Seriously. Fork tender, falling off the bone, cut like butter... However you need it said. It was deliciously tender, and the greens on top were perfectly seasoned and paired. I didn't eat many beans (most of them are in my takeaway container), but the ones I did eat seemed perfectly cooked. We finished off with the blueberry lemon dessert (minus the ginger and almond for my dining companion). Lemon and blueberry are just the perfect pair, and they shined here too. Simple, moist, and the perfect size for 2 people. We each got 2 drinks and we added an appetizer to the date night special (it's on Monday nights and it's worth it), so we spent about $150+ tip.I couldn't do it every Monday, but it's worth putting in the rotation for sure. I hope you'll give them a shot!

Exceptional service, and amazing food. Everything was delicious! Perfect Date Night!

First time here. Service was exceptional. Our server was friendly and prompt. The cornbread they served prior to the meal was really good. The food was also cooked perfectly.

Amazing food & atmosphere!

When it comes to Five Senses restaurant, they are in a category all their own. Typically it's fine dining but yet in a fairly casual atmosphere. The staff servers bartenders are all top of their game.Last night was my daughter's 16th birthday so we decided to have 10 of her friends there last night . The restaurant offered us a fixed menu price for the 10 girls ,they had a few choices and they even printed her name and happy birthday on the special menu, so she'll have a little souvenir to remember them by. The girls were all thrilled ,their meals were perfect, the salad looked unbelievable. Rumor had it the soup was better, lol.I know the kids loved itAll we as parents had to do was sit back at our own table and enjoy!!Since our daughter turned 16, we know parties have to evolve, five senses helped us up the bar.
