$22.68 for a cheeseburger, small fries, regular beverage and a reasonable tip.The food was tasty and the service was polite and friendly. I have no complaints about the goods or services rendered.However, it is too expensive to be able to enjoy a quick meal.
did NOT live up to the HYPE. it's alright. probably would eat there again but would NOT go out of the way to do it.the burgers were just OK... nothing special... starting price of $9.00 PLUS yea not worth all that.they do give tons for FRIES,,, oh yea,, love that.the soda was pretty good for a multi drink machine.2 burgers2 med fries2 regular drinks$32 and change...... didn't buy steak.. paid for steak( or paid steak prices)
The clientele was very Rude, from the moment we walked in, they judge us on our race, and waited on us as such.While the food was great, their perception and how they interact with other race other white and black, was very evident. I've eaten at alot of five guys from California to Tennessee, but never met a more racist team.Please address customer service to be more diverse and genuine.
Great place for a burger and fries. You order at the counter and take a number. Unless you are really hungry I suggest ordering the small burger. The regular is huge. Same for the fries. Two people can easily share. The fresh cut fries are amazing! Fast service and kind people. I'm sure I'll be back.
Best burgers in Murfreesboro at a reasonable price. I love going to Five Guys. YEAH... ITS A CHAIN, but they have PERFECTED the process. And you can order from the app to minimize the wait time. There are lots of burger places to choose from, but quality is not always there. At five guys, you know you get a good burger for a good price everything.The burger is juicy everttime!I also wanted to thank the management today and Wes, the manager, on March 5th, 2022 I came in to order with my little one and mentioned that the last time, they forgot to put bacon on my bacon cheeseburger not expecting anything but free bacon or $1 off... he apologized and comped our whole meal. We didnt pay a penny- This is above and beyond! I appreciate it and you have earned my loyalty to the brand.I hope this manager gets nominated for a five guys award. It's the little things that makes a brand and makes good memories.
First time ever trying Five Guys, and it did NOT disappoint. It lived up in to the great reputation I’ve always heard. The food was delicious, the staff was very friendly (especially Barry), and the place was clean. Would definitely recommend!
Food was great and service was exceptional. They were very busy, but our order was perfect and when patrons would leave they had employees cleaning everything! Overall, a pleasant experience this evening.
My husband and I come here at least once a week and this is not the first time we have been greeted with such rude and hateful attitudes. Today, we walked in, and were not even greeted with a “hello” or “can I take your order?” He just stares waiting for me to speak. So after my husband tells him his order, he hands him the receipt and when he reached for it, the cashier dropped the receipt, and my husband caught it. After the last time, we weren't sure if we wanted to come back, but now we are sure that we won’t be back to this location. If you work in customer service, do your job, or find one that doesn’t require you to speak.
