Avocado toast was weird!!! couldn't figure out if the toast was nasty or the avocado!! taste freezer burn??♀️. but the ice coffee was great ??.

Usually a great store and friendly staff, but every time I order a drink with my rewards it is disgusting! Need I say, I order the same drink every time I go to Dunkin and my iced mocha latte tastes like they mixed a cup of coffee with water (and looks like it too)! Very disappointing Dunkin’! I’m heading to another location for an actual iced mocha latte. Order ahead is not the way to go.

It's the same as any other Dunkin but they are really clean and good food and drinks.
Have enough more than 3 employees working and don’t use a lie for an excuse to why the lobby is closed. The lobby is closed because you only have 3 people working. The drive thru had about 15 cars in it and not moving entirely fast. Service overall for a lot of businesses is garbage as of late.
Just went to Dunkin today and went inside. There were only three people in the drive thru line, no one else inside, and 4 people working. They looked at me and ignored me for about five minutes until someone finally took my order. No one was polite.
I'm happy they built a Dunkin closer to my area. I don't go often, but when I do I only get coffee. They are friendly and service seems normal for that type of establishment. I haven't had to go back in for a correction yet as I have had to do many times at other eateries this year.
Service is kind of slow for a busy Sunday morning, obviously understaff and need more hands to deliver an exceptional service.
Awesome team that's super friendly, they always recognize me and my order :)
