By the looks of recent reviews, leadership and management are not this location’s forte, and today is no different. Asked for a blended matcha tea on a hot day. Didn’t think it was much of an issue. Pulled up to the window and ice can be seen in the cup. I mentioned it was supposed to be blended. (Assuming it was the) manager says “oh it is, then I put ice in it. That’s why it’s frothy at the top”. Without wanting to make a scene over a tea I went on my way only to find it was a large cup of ice with a splash of tea. Most establishments will give you a cup of ice for free. This one will charge you $5 for it.
Newer location that is always fast and friendly. Food is delicious and coffee is always great. On the inside, tons of space! Plenty of space to sit and relax inside an upscale atmosphere. One of my favorite locations. They have bags of coffee, tumblers, and more that you can buy in the middle of the restaurant. Check this location out!
I ordered a sweet tea using the Dunkin app but had to wait over 10 minutes in the drive thru for it. When I finally got the window, the employee asked for $6 when I’d paid through the app. After explaining this she realized she had the wrong order entirely and went to find mine. This Dunkin is pretty busy, but the staff seemed all flustered.
Kimberly (new manager) is a boss! She was short staffed on a busy Saturday. She was knocking it out if the park! Super professional and friendly to everyone. She must have been very stressed with the line she was dealing with on her own, but she kept cool and collected and was still the sweetest to customers! 10 stars to her.
If there’s less than one star I’ll rate for them, I had two awful experiences with them, first one I ordered more than 20 English muffins for more than $50 and they missed up all of my order, they give me just 15 English muffins different than what I ordered. Second experience I ordered 8 English muffins for $35 and all of them was burnt literally all of them, i understand if they didn’t notice one or two..but all of them!! Didn’t heck them until I reached home and tried to call them back answered after several times and just agreed to return 4 of them… also bad service . I’ll never go to this location again
Get there early for the best selection because when they sell out thats it for the day. Clean store and friendly cashier, definitely stopping here again!
I go through this Dunkin' donuts every Saturday morning around 6:30 a.m. every time they make it wrong. And I can't go back because I'm on my way to dental School. Every time I order a caramel Frozen coffee and it's wrong. I don't know who makes it but somebody needs to show them how to make it the correct way!! The only reason why I go to this Duncan is because it's on my way to school. I guess I'll just choose a different Dunkin or wait until I get closer to school.
I used to work here. People, they're trying their best. Stop harassing the poor workers because you think you should get your coffee before all the people that ordered ahead of you.
Don't know what is it about this location but man do they need to have happier more welcoming faces to this stablishment! It took 10mins for someone to actually say something to me, to ask me what I needed or if I was picking up an order. They would just look up see me straight in the face and kept of working. I really hate that. I mean you come in, there job is to ask and see what you need,understand when it's busy but when you have 4 people infront and not one single person takes that long to ask you what you need. Naaahh
Never order on Uber eats or doordash from here. Dunkin will NEVER fail to mess up the order. I ordered an iced chai and they gave me an iced coffee with chai mixed in???? It tastes horribly disgusting. I've gotten this several times and this is a first for me. Also ordered the snackin bacon and they gave me 2 pieces and charged me 3$ for it.
