Always great service and coffee is made perfectly. I wish all the locations were like this one. It's out of the way for me but its the only location that knows how to make the coffee and other drinks. My only issue is that their always sold out of jelly donuts ? ?. You literally have to order one when they first open. So I had to wake up at 7am today, cause I really wanted my daughter to try one.

I used to come here every morning but it’s just slowly going downhill daily. The employees look like they could care less about how they present themselves. Underwear coming out of the back of their pants, hair looks like it was never brushed. I was the only one in the drive thru at 6:30am and my 2 breakfast sandwiches came our burnt yet cold? Idk how thats even possible especially after waiting a long 20 minutes at the window. Also my Pastries were very stale. I’m appalled by the lack of care and professionalism. This place needs new management asap.

Lordly, I know this may sound petty but I asked for a diary free salted caramel frappe and they gave me a cold foam mocha. I tell them the order is wrong. The male attendant clams up and another female staffer yells at me that they don't make said drink. I pulled out a receipt (Yes, I literally brought the receipt LOL) from 2 days earlier and point out she doesn't know what the heck she is talking about. They forgot my bagel bites for my mom...I ask for the bites and it takes 10 minutes (for 2 bagels? smh). I then ask about the 3 donuts for my step-father and finally they find them, but they're the wrong type. I point this out and I am told the ones I ordered are magically sold out. This place is a JOKE! I told them as such and left. Don't waste your time or money complaining!

I requested 2 plain Croissant a coffee with cream. Waited the usual wait 5 cars ahead and I get to the window, pay and I received my coffee. Waited 7 minutes at the window and I tapped it asking what was the hold up? all I want is 2 plain croissants, not cut not toasted & 2 cream cheese. 3 minutes later and a lot of standing around she hands me the bag. I get to work and I have 2 Flipping BAGELS, BAGELS people. Big difference between Croissants and Bagels people. They have no sense, no sense of urgency.

I ordered three donuts through Uber but only received one. I tried to call both Uber and Dunkin but got no answer from either.

Staff is always friendly and the coffee and food is amazing! Staff just needs to learn to clean the cups prior to handing to customer, or at least provide a napkin.

Well this used to be the better Dunkin in the Boro. Not anymore sad to say. Old soggy and dryDonuts on a Sunday which is a big day for Donuts too. Glazed donuts with no glaze?? I wouldn’t waste your time. Stick with Donut Country!

The legitimate king of all things coffee and donuts. Not the fan of the paper cups being used. Coffee gets cold within minutes. Good for a few sips and done. This place in particular, busy as it gets in the morning. Understaffed for sure. They were running frantic trying to keep up and I had to wave them down to get an order they were so busy. So busy in fact, they didn't even put labels on their donuts. It was all a mystery. Luckily I knew what I wanted and it delivered. Not sure how I feel about the paper cups still. This might be the thing that stops me from coming here.

This branch location is the worst, I don’t write reviews but this definitely needed one and someone needs to do something about the horrible service. I visit once a weekend for my kids and I, in the last 2 months there have been 5 times they were out of doughnuts. I can’t even understand how that’s possible. Second the servers are not helpful or attentive to customers. I stood in line for 30 mins with one person in front of me, the employees were standing around talking instead of helping me or the customer in front of me. 2 employees were either off work or on break talking and flirting with the employees who were working causing them to be even slower. All of the food I ordered was ready and only needed to be bagged except for the avocado toast and I still stood there for 30 mins. And when the toast was finally ready the employee whom had been flirting with the coworker on break in front of me she handed it to her when she did not order it but she took it anyways. I stood there even longer thinking they were still going to make me one but they weren’t and realized what they done then proceeded to yell for the employee to make another one which as simple as it is to make took another 5 mins. They offered no apology for the wait or the mix up and seemed annoyed they had to do their job to begin with. Complete lack of structure and work ethic is non existing. The service is the same every time I come there. If my kids didn’t love their doughnuts I wouldn’t go at all. Would love to see some change, the management is obviously not conducting a successful branch. I’ll be reaching out to whoever I need to in order to address these issues until things get better.

They are SLOW everytime I️ come no matter the time. I️ can be the first one. I️ always put in a mobile and it is never ready or they forget what I️ ordered. Not to mention my coffee is made sloppy. Even though its the only one closet to my house. I️ will not return.
