If it were a grade B- for effort wasn’t busy @ all to be honest. The Carmel Cold Brew was made wrong. They made them into ice coffee with whipped cream & Carmel on top. Gave me a different sandwich not the one that l asked for but offered to fix it. I declined because l was willing to try the one they made. (No complaints) was suppose to be a wrap. Either way we accepted the mistakes & moved on. I did try to call them to let them know because someone might not be as accepting as we were. I don’t need them to remake anything. Just be aware of what you’re making & passing to the customer be mindful. That being said l am giving this place 3 stars

Good service except when I order a extra sugar I always have to grab extra packets and add to my coffee.
I stopped in to get drinks for my friends and I. But my drink was the only one that wasn't even remotely correct. A large iced chai latte. Pretty simple right? I got a large iced milk, with a light dusting cinnamon. The other two drinks were way more complicated and were according to my friends, okay. I usually go to the DD location on south rutherford blvd so I expected there to be a standard among all locations. Apparently not. Not the first time I've been let down by this specific location but I will say this is the last time I'm going to this location.

The lady that took my order at the speaker was very polite even though she was by herself it seemed. Her screens weren't working the way that they needed to be and she was definitely struggling trying to figure everything out, but through all of that she stayed positive and continuously apologized, even though she had done nothing wrong.

I do Not recommend this place if you trying to get your food fast and correct
This location confirmed my order on Ubereats, and they had none of the items I ordered. Why accept the order if you know you don't have the items? I don't have time to go through thenoptions they so have, if any, so I will not be giving them my business anymore. Also, their drinks are terrible and they do not follow your requests of things like extra flavors g or extra sugar.
I stopped there while while I had my great grandchildren visiting me. I am not a regular customer so I don’t know much about their drinks. I ordered donuts for one child, one of the donuts was not what it was explained to me as by the worker. The second child knew what he wanted and his drink was correct. I asked about some cooler special that was being promoted. I thought it had coconut water and that it would be crushed ice. What I got was some fruit flavored milk. One sip and it was bad. I told the staff that it did not taste right and asked if I could get something else. I was told, you will have to pay for anything else you get. I thanked them and threw the drink they had mixed in the trash. I thought out of courtesy they would substitute for something else since the drink had cost around $5.00 , but that was not their way. I know that it did not cost them $5.00 to make that drink, but because of poor service, they don’t ever have to worry about seeing my face again.
