DD cold brew BLACK coffee drinker... ONLY. Tonight at your location on medical center parkway in Murfreesboro, TN my wife ordered me a large black cold brew and herself a large ice coffee with cream and sugar in the drive throughand got home with them. Mine looks like a cup of SWEET Iced Tea.. You can see right through it... not Cold Brew Black Coffee. Smh... come on ya'll. I just went and bought DD BLACK original cold brew poured it into a clear glass so you at DD could see the difference and it's shockingly different. Not the same.I'd like a replacement coffee. Tastes like bitter dark water. Like someone just REBREWED OLD COFFEE GROUNDS a second time. Terrible.
Just found out today why this location has gone down hill. The general manger is flat out rude, and now the attitude is spreading to his employees. The girl taking orders sounds like you are inconveniencing her. This location used to be the best location in town. I’ve even had beers with the district manager at Miller’s. I wish I would have got his contact. I feel that the general manager is good at hiding the problems from him because he would never let this go on if he knew.
No way this is 4 star!I got rancid bagel bites the cream cheese had turned and when asked to replace the item the manager did not let me speak hw was dismissive so I just requested a bacon egg cheese everything bagel tosted but Instead I got a plain bagel stiff and cold.Dunkin is great! Just not this staff and managementVery bad experience.
Avoid. This place is a disgrace to all Dunkins, everywhere. If people around here knew what a real Dunkins was, this place would have been run out a while ago. Please don't contact me AGAIN with your freebie apology coffees, I'm just going to go to White Bison up the street and not waste my time.
I have been coming to Dunkin for years and I have never been talked to condescendingly as I have today. I will not be back to this location even if it’s closer to my home. They did get my order right hence the 3 stars but I asked for no ice in my large cold brew. When I pulled to the window I could here the manager complaining about not having ice in an iced coffee. Then when he handed it to me I asked if I could get a little more coffee in my cup (about 1 1/2 inches from the top) He said just so you know I tell my employees to follow a certain for formula and just cause you asked for no ice doesn’t give you more drink. I told him I’ve never had a problem before and he proceeded to shut the window so he couldn’t hear me. When he opened it and handed me my drink I repeated that I have never had this problem before and he interrupted me saying to have a good day, basically dismissing me. He was very non professional. I was not trying to start a fight I just wanted a full coffee.
Love Dunkin! Great coffee and my go to over Starbucks. Only suggestion is to have coffee sleeves for hot coffee so it does not burn my hand.
Trash service. Asked for a medium iced matcha latte with light ice, a shot of chai, and almond milk via the drive thru. When I arrived at the window, the staff handed me a small iced matcha latte. When I tried to correct them they said that what that what I had ordered was a small. Upon receiving the small iced latte in my car, I pointed out to them that the receipt on the cup said that it should be a medium. It wasn't until I pointed this out that they decided to give me what I ordered.....or so I thought. They then proceeded to give me a medium matcha latte with EXTRA ice filled to the top, REGULAR milk instead of almond milk (a nice surprise later on for my lactose intolerant self), and my pump of chai (the only part of the order they got right other than the medium sizing). All that to say, this Dunkin has repeatedly offered trash service and I would highly recommend you go to one of the other Dunkins within Murfreesboro instead of this one.
This is by far the worst dunkin in town, the managers do not train their staff correctly for mobile orders such ash door dash or Uber. Also the staff have a very poor attitude and are very incompetent. Please avoid this dunkin as it will waste you time, get your order wrong and make you feel like you did something wrong if you ask for them to do their job right.
Lilly. Why no smile or at least a "how may I help you"? Instead you stared awkwardly into my soul, even after I asked you if you're ready to take my order. I get that it was 7am on New Years day. I understand you probably raged hard into the wee hours of the morning. But please...if you're not going to at least be a little pleasant, don't look at me like I did you wrong.
Gave 1 star because I had to select something. If the employees don’t know what something on the menu is maybe management should give some guidance. Oh wait, manager was a jerk too. And btw thanks for the microwaved breakfast sandwich and garbage latte with mostly milk. The last couple times I’ve come here they’ve messed up my order. I won’t be coming back. Dunkin USED to be my favored choice. This location ruined that for me.
