This was my first time here for lunch. They were not busy and we were greeted by a nice young man. He helped us order, brought us our pizza and checked on us if we need anything. The "works" pizza was great but this young man made it even better. Whatever you are paying him, its not enough. I wish I had caught his name. We plan to go back in the future.
I stopped by because I had a really great coupon deal. Donatos is a bit more expensive than other pizza places but it's my favorite since I lived in Cincinnati, so I've been so happy that they opened a couple stores in Tennessee now as well! The pizza this time was PHENOMENAL! Cooked perfectly, and just how I like it. The people who work at this store are so friendly too. I'll definitely be back. I can usually only go when I have a bigger $$$ coupon deal, but I'll be back!
Pretty good pizza. It was fast and taste good, I just wish it had a little extra sauce. Outside of that, I can't complain
The pizza and cinnamon rolls are absolutely amazing ?? and the delivery was super quick! I would highly recommend y'all to anyone!
When I called the staff were super nice. They also let me know they only had one driver so the wait may be awhile. I also inquired about a military discount and when we got our pizza the store had sent a freebie for the other half thanking him for his service which was super awesome.
Haven’t had a Donato’s pizza in years and what a treat!!!!!!! It was delicious. The person who took my order was delightful as was the delivery person. Yum.
Donatos was very sweet and donated pizza to the county clerks office. Pizza was very good, and a big verity of pizza. Will definitely or pizza again from them.

The food was amazing but there were a few issues. We called in to order and the total could not be given over the phone bc there was some issues on her end that prevented her. Upon arriving the sweet cashier was getting no help from his manager to correct an issue with a portion of the order. Je was kind and apologetic
Was suppose to get a drink but it didn't arrive with my order. When I called back I was told it would be another 35 mins before my drink arrived. Seeing how I did pay a 'Delivery Fee' of course I didn't wanna go out. 1 hour passes and I ended up going out to pick it up anyway.I was given an extra drink for the inconvenience, so it was appreciated. And I've had food from here before and it was a great first experience. But they really dropped the ball on this one.
