Surly at the pick up window and did not honor the coupon that was online. Will not answer their phone or they do and hang up. Overcharged me and slammed window shut, end of discussion. I will not be returning.
Have never really been a Domino's Pizza person/family. But tonight was a game changer! We ordered pretty late for a week night, hoping for just something edible after a long evening and Recieved a Fast, Tasty, perfectly prepared, complete order that was 100% accurate. Delivered to my door by a super Friendly and outgoing gentleman! Definitely a satisfied customer!
Very quick!!! My boyfriend had a hard and stressful day and a quick type of his address and in just a few minutes he had his pizza. App was easy and simple to use.
Bad business took my money and my pizza. I had a complaint through it was Resolved had to come to talk to the manager she said they would give my money back, said “ it had to go to the Corporate office.” They will send my money back it’s been over 2 months nothing I called back bad phone connection and a rude guy.
It would have been 5 but this was a replacement order and they still charged me for 1 of the toppings and delivery on order they originally messed up. So I ended up paying $10 for a medium pizza anyway. Fortunately the pizza was made correctly this time and still hot on delivery.
Curbside services was fast however, I was so disappointed to get home, open the box and find a burnt pizza. Really they didn't know the pizza they cut & boxed was black/burnt? Do better.
I understand that the roads are hazardous. I was calling to just check about delivery The manager interrupted me on the phone. After the manager said they could only deliver to businesses as it was hazardous, I called back to try and explain that I was ordering for Andy’s Custard ( A business on a main street like he had previously stated could be delivered to) only for him to interrupt me again and then hang up.
Absolutely disgusting. Pizzas looked like it exploded in the oven and several pieces had zero cheese. Completely unappealing and unappetizing. Called the store and spoke to the manager and by his tone he could care less and just is sending us a new Pizza and "it would be there eventually" no apology or anything. The last several times we ordered Domino's we were very disappointed but thought we would give them another try. Never again. Poor poor quality, will never order again
Pizza delivered hot and fresh. Delivered in last than 30 minutes. I recommend this Dominos
They need to hire all new people the food has definitely took a downgrade and the service is horrible the man with the crooked eye is rude my pizza looks like it’s burnt every single time I get itAnd they don’t even cut it correctly just lazy
