I built my own pizza. When it was delivered toppings were missing, so I called to see it if I can get the issue corrected. I waited on hold for 30 mins only for the manager to be rude and tell me the old pizza had to be returned in order to get a remake. I agreed because I had nothing to hide and when the pizza was delivered, it was still missing one topping. Needless to say, I will not be ordering from this location again.
We've ordered here about 5 times in the past year. We don't order delivery much from anywhere. This is the second time they've forgot a sauce/icing. The first time they came back right away after I called. This time, we waited two and a half hours for them to bring the icing back for the cinnamon sticks. They said they're bringing a free order of cinnamon sticks with 2 icings because of the issue. However, it happens too often and is frustrating to call and ask for them to send us the items we paid for, especially after the $5 delivery fee, plus tip. We won't order here anymore.Update, they added a free pizza to our account as well. Changing the two star review to four star for making an effort to make it right. We still probably will be much less inclined to order delivery from any pizza place due to the bad success rate.
Served me raw dough.... pizza couldn't have been cooked long enough... bit straight into raw dough

Use this Dmino's on a regular basis. Have been for a lot of years. It's great pizza store very efficient it's always fresh.i have no complaints about this store I'd recommend it to anyone want a good pizza at a good price. Problem free. App is easy to use And navigate

Worker at window was very confused on how to do his own job. Told me my pizza wasn’t ready when i ordered through the app and it said it had been done. So when i came back through i grabbed the pizza and then grabbed my card and asked for two sauces and he said you have to pay. Well obviously i’m not stupid i’ve worked at a pizza place before. He was just being very rude the whole time definitely will not be going back there. Pizza wasn’t good quality either my small town makes them better.
Pizza is alot better .. Pizza is a 8 out of 10 . But if you get a delivery that is wrong or they didn't make something right don't call and complain about it to many times like 3 . Because they will put u on a probation. Lol. No more correcting your food when they mess up. So recommend to pickup and check it
Compared to most of the chain places here, this Dominoes does well every time I order. My orders have always been accurate, and as long you don't order during peak times the delivery times aren't bad.
Not my favorite pizza place but my wife loves yall. Tried the new curb side to go.. needs some improvements. Like more signage on where to park even at night. Also when you choose the wrong option of coming to the window or curbside.. even if you change it in the text message it doesn't change it in the store. I waited an extra 25 mins and had to call the store, tell them where I was parked even with hazards on( parked in the wrong space)simply because when I checked in I had corrected my original choice of coming to the window to curbside. The girl was very cordial and apologized but it wasn't her fault she said she waiting for me to come to the window because what I chose the first time.
