Terrible experience today at the Murfreesboro location!!! I have eaten at many Culver’s across the country and order the same pot roast sandwich (no bun) with grilled onions. It ALWAYS comes in a bowl to contain and keep the juices.I’m so thankful I pulled over into the parking lot after leaving the drive thru to make sure all my kiddos food was correct and came across a dripping bag! The worst part is when I took it back inside they looked at me and said “so what do you want us to do?” Ummm how about you make it correctly and replace your screw up!!!!
The tall, brown-haired young man working at ~4:45 on 4/23 was wonderful! The absolute peak of customer service. He handled me and my group of 16 efficiently and with a smile. He greeted each person upon taking their orders, and was polite, kind, and professional. Every single order was perfectly correct, and he even mostly remembered who ordered what. This was a great Culver's experience for all of us!
The people at Culver's have excellent customer service skills. The food is tasty as well. This is my favorite place to grab a burger and fries from.
Delicious spicy chicken sandwich / crispy on outside tender goodness inside; loved the tomato and lettuce on it. FCrinkle fries were good, if they had a seasoning on them I'd love them too.
Very delicious place to eat. The only reason it get a 4 star from me is the staff, they're all young adults. Minimum wage doesn't really bring in good employees, but rather brings in employees looking to do just the minimum. So sometimes the orders are slightly messed up or sloppy, still delicious though.
We fiancé and I went through the drive thru because we had our dog with us in the car. We wanted pints of ice cream so Kaitlin listed them ALL off not once, but two and a half times to us. When we got to the window we told her thank you and that she did a great job and she smiled and said it was no problem at all. Then Chloe spotted our dog and gave him a pup cup and told us about her pets at home. I’m just so tickled by this experience at Culver’s and wanted to leave a review to say thank you Chloe and Kaitlin for having the best attitude and for all that you do. We will definitely be back to this location. Also, Gus says thanks for the pup cup!
Just paid almost $5 for a medium chocolate malt and I got cup of chocolate milk!!! If you know the person making shakes and malts is putting too much milk in them why not retrain them?? Then you look at me like I’m crazy when I say I don’t want it. Keep the money and the cup of milk. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
Food wasn't that bad, but soon as me and family and 15 cheerleaders and there parents go in to order, someone comes off street telling an employee someone was coming to shoot them so the restaurant evacuated for about 15min til cops came and stayed outside with a group of ppl that was talking about the shooting
We love going to Culver’s! The food is always hot and delicious (and made fresh) and the service is wonderful!
Young lady at the drive up spoke so fast I could not understand her. Slow down! Then she acted mad because she was asked to repeat herself. She asked if we wanted 2 different sauces for a burger! Why?!? Who wants marinara with a burger!?! I think she was just being a smart alec by then. Food was ok but she needs to be placed elsewhere.
