The milkshake we got was the same consistency as a glass of milk. Other food was fine.
Ordered the shrimp, looks nothing like pictures, very thin, overcooked and not much taste! Fries were not cooked enough! Slaw was ok! Very disappointed!
Ordered a large concrete with oreo (drive thru) gal asked me if I wanted a small-- I politely said no and restated large. I pull up the window, pay, and wait for several minutes-- gal comes to the window and asks me "are you sure you don't want a medium" .. a bit dumbfounded considering I've already PAID. I said no, I'd like what I paid for. I get handed a medium, too frustrated to deal with these kids and being on a time crunch, I had to go. Didn't get what I paid for, very minimal mint, hardly any oreo and wrong size. So disappointing. I guess I'll just have to wait to enjoy Culvers when I venture out to Mt. Juliet.
Do not eat here or attempt to work at this location if u are black or “colored” as the store manager says. This location is ran by the owners children who all appear to be racist. My daughters worked at this location for awhile and unfortunately had to deal with another member of management using the “N word” openly and as often as he likes. When my daughter initially mentioned the offensive language, she was blown off and told that he doesn’t mean anything by it. The second time it was brought to their attention by a white team member then all of sudden it was believable, and the manager actually had the nerve to tell my daughter they don’t have a problem with “colored’s”. The only thing that they done to “fix” the issue was move the disrespectful employee to another store in Murfreesboro, just to bring him right back to the medical center location a week later, after my daughters quit.
The Butter Burger at Culvers is a fastfood burger that doesn't taste like fastfood!! Always delicious! The crinkle cut fries Are always on point also!I always get the double butter burger because I feel like that is a better meat/bun ratio.Today I got a side of six butterfly fried shrimp. For fast food shrimp, I guess they were pretty good. But going forward, I will definitely be sticking with the butter burger and crinkle cut fries!
I have never been disappointed at any Culver's location. Always the freshest and best tasting good. Always friendly employees. Highly recommended.
Food was delicious... and a great value. Drive thru line moved quick.
Got the fish dinners and a fish sandwich. Would avoid the fish sandwich in the future Dripping oil and soggy mess. Dinners were fine though
This was our first time eating in Culver's.The girl working the register seemed super friendly but spoke so fast we had to keep asking her to repeat herself. We're from Chicago so we can normally understand fast talkers but she was on a whole 'nother level.My wife ordered a cheeseburger which came totally plain with no ingredients or condiments on it. I'm not sure if she was supposed to tell the person taking the order what she wanted on it, but they never mentioned it when she placed her order.There were brooms and dustpans laying on the ground sticking out where people were trying to walk and I saw two different people trip on them. I watched three different employees walk past them without picking them up. The garbage can in the lobby had no bag in it. An employee told us to "use the other one" but didn't tell us where that was. We found one near the exit.The food was really good (except my wife's burger being plain), I just hoped for more here. I might go back and see if that night was the exception.
We got the onion rings, cheese curds, and fries they tasted so good. And i also got butterburger cheese with no pickles 10/10. ???
