What can I say it's Chuck E Cheese ? the place where a kid can be a kid & the adults can be kids too so they can help earn their kids as many tickets ? as possible don't act like you don't know what I'm talking about cause we all know that every parent, grandparent, sister, brother, aunt, uncle, niece, nephew & older cousin are all doing it... lol
Visited and majority of the games didn't work and alot of times you couldn't tell until you paid and did work. The photo machine picture was blurry. Not worth the game card purchase because just a few games worked. Better at Dave and Buster's if you live near Opry Mills

My 3 year olds favorite place! 2 years ago I posted that and have since spent thousands and regularly come in to play the Ninja Turtle game. Today Chris their GM whom Ive never met until today, was disgustingly rude and had the worst customer service skills Ive ever seen. Im literally blown away that he is the GM. He clearly did not have the stores best interest. Let me know when he gets fired and Ill come back. It will happen because Ive never seen such bad management skills in my life there is no way the owner of that place knows how he acts. I took my five year old daughter here and spent about an hour and half. The pizza was delicious and my little girl had a blast playing the games. The price for thr amount of time you get to play the games can be a little pricey if you have multiple children, but for our small family of three including food wasn’t too bad.

VERY EXPENSIVE!! Bought a 45 minute play card and large pizza and two kids meals and it it cost $70.00! A lot of the games are more focused on getting points for prizes that you pick out at the end. Only a few games were actually fun to play. At the end my grandson received a very small plastic car which he lost within a day. Next time I will take grandkids somewhere else!
I lost my phone tonight and I was super frazzled but the employees were so nice. Arowyn even used find my iPhone on her phone and brought me right to my phone! Such a sweet girl. My family will keep coming to this location!
