Ordered online and picked up in store. My burrito bowl was huge and made exactly as I ordered it and ready when promised. After moving all Chipotles are almost 2 hours away from me so I was very happy it was so good! Had enough for lunch and dinner. Not sure what it was but had a very hot pepper surprise halfway through though. Lol.
First visit to this location, first impression was how clean it was, as we ordered our food I then noticed that every person behind the counter all had smiles on their faces, the food was excellent and I will definitely revisit this location again.
They have given me the wrong order or missed an item on my order 4 times now. Im a big fan of chipotle but feel like an insane person by ordering from this location knowing my order will be wrong.
Went to location on Memorial Blvd, Murfreesboro, TN Called at 6:50 pm for pickup at 7:00 pm. Got there a little before 7:00 pm. Food was ready. Went 3 miles down the road (home). Started to eat and chicken was cold, cold. Lettuce was hotter than chicken. No wonder ya’ll sell tainted meat. You do not cook it. Burrito fell apart and went all over the floor and my shorts. Probably will be stained. This sucks.
Delicious and good portions. This location has great service. Only giving 4 due to being so expensive!!
Their service is great and the food is awesome! Well worth the money that was spent. $26 for two people and alot of great food for the money!
I want to thank you for your thoughtful service. Your staff went above and beyond to show kindness last week when my daughter ordered her food for take out but forgot her purse. I appreciate you!
The last time I was there I asked for "half rice" and "double meat" and got a little bit less rice and a little bit more meat. I normally wouldn't stress over this but I felt it was worth mentioning.We also ordered a cheese quesadilla and the cheese was barely melted at all.After I paid for my food I noticed a cutting board on the counter behind me that was filthy, covered in meat chunks and juice, with a dirty knife laying across it. I have no idea how long it was sitting there. I placed our order "for here" and asked for chips and a drink. Our food was put into a "to go" bag instead of on a tray. I had to remind the cashier to give me the chips and the drink I ordered and paid for.Lastly, the place wasn't busy at the time. There was only one occupied table and we were the only two people in line. None of the employees seemed happy to be there, or happy to see/serve us. That could have something to do with them being forced to wear masks. I would much rather see smiling faces greet me when I walk in the door.
After working a 12 hour shift I decide to treat myself to a burrito bowl . Chicken , brown rice , black beans and fixings . They literally sold me slop!!! I paid $21 on a door dash delivery and I received SLOP! No rice . No lettuce. 4 pieces of chicken … and some of it wasn’t chicken it felt like rubber (the burnt piece of whatever on the left ) it was so much liquid it looked like a bowl of soup! I’m so disappointed because I’m exhausted and I just wanted a simple meal. This is the WORST Chipotle I have EVER experienced and I will NEVER be back to this location . EVER!
