This was my first visit ever and can I say it was absolutely the best. Fancy Nancy is the bomb on a croissant! Friendly and fast!
My go-to for chicken salad! My Dad has been in the hospital/rehab for a stroke since February 1st. It’s been difficult to get him to eat but he will eat Chicken Salad Chick every time we bring it to him!! He gets protein and fat from the chicken salad and carbs from the pasta salad, and it is all soft so he can easily eat by himself. The app makes it super easy and convenient to pick up when scheduled ahead for pick up (No wait, which is a plus! ??) This place brought us more peace of mind then they’ll ever know. ❤️
Always a wonderful experience! When the sweet employee brought the food to our table, my little one was surprised he didn't have chips. He thought he had asked for them but I didn't hear him. I told the employee not to worry about it, he could eat what he was served. But she looked at him and said "do you REALLY want chips?" And he happily said "yes please" and she went and got him chips. It was such a sweet gesture, to make a kid happy!
The one in Franklin is much better.Cleaner, friendlier staff, overall a better experience than this one.Annoyances: out of napkins and cup lids, staff standing behind the cash register chatting when customers are waiting to order, empty tables not wiped down.
I was skeptical about this place at first. Don't get me wrong, I love a well made chicken salad sandwich but I figured there is only so much you can do with the dish. I was proven wrong! They offer many different varieties of chicken salad as well and bread types. I'll definitely be coming back.
I love chicken salad chick, every time I go in to place my order I’m able too get in and get out. The last 3 day the building was so packed that it was standing room only. The team that was working was trying their hardest to keep up. The team and managers were so apologetic every time they would hand out a order to the guest. Keep your heads up guys, you all are doing great.
Really enjoyed the range of options. 1st visit, got the Barclay and Scotty with Chicken Artichoke Florentine. The soup was excellent!Really hope they'll bring a branch to the Myrtle Beach region.
I’m normally not one to complain. But this has happened 2 times and the customer service is ridiculous. My job has ordered quite a few times for pick up there and they always mess up an order. This will be the 2nd time they gave me the wrong order. What they gave me I can’t eat. So I called and asked if they could fix the order and I could send someone to go switch it out for me. I was told it wouldn’t be ready for 35 min?! Wait what?! I was suppose to get a classic chicken salad boy, but got a chicken salad with grapes (which I can’t eat). So you mean to tell me throwing a scoop of plain chicken salad on some bread with bacon lettuce and tomato will take 35 min? But said they could give me my $10 back in 10 min. So in my limited lunch hour I didn’t get any lunch.
Ordered through Uber and requested a Sassy Scotty. Even the receipt attached to my bag reflects my order. Instead I received a Lauryns Lemon Basil. I can't eat Pecans. I ended up having to throw my order away. Uber refunded me, but it still sucks. You could really hurt someone by not reading a ticket!
Today was my first time visiting this restaurant and it won't be my last. Everything was sooo tasty, and they had a wide variety to choose from. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, especially the restaurant manager. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!
