The food was amazing! The service was awful and I know this isn't typical of Chick-fil-A. We placed a to go order for a drink and two shakes. The cashier gave us the large drink and said the shakes would be right out. We waited and waited and waited. They were busy and it was hard to catch any worker. We waited 20 minutes or longer and finally we were able to catch a worker. They found our shakes sitting on a back counter and handed them to us. They were runny and melted. We didn't hear the words "My pleasure" one time. This location didn't meet the level of customer service that we have come to love from Chick-fil-A.
This location use to be a really good location, but lately they are horrible. Cold food, order incorrect, and slow drive through. I had the young lady that took my order read it back to me to make sure it would be correct, but guess what my order was still wrong. Chick fil A isn't as good as it use to be, and I'm not talking about this location alone, but several I have visited. To be honest, its better to just cook at home because these restaurants are failing horribly.
This was a bad experience had a late night craving. My girlfriend wanted a chicken wrap with no chicken but they couldn’t do it so they are obviously pre made (gross) then she tried to order a salad with no cheese and they couldn’t even take the cheese off or customize it at all. Mind everyone she is a vegan who is lactose intolerant so to be unable to fulfill what customers need is terrible customer service she left hungry my meal was good but didn’t make up for such a disappointment. She ended up just getting a medium fry and it was only half full. I’ll be going to Slim Chickens from now on..
I wanted to take my kids out for a fun afternoon and this location has an inside play area for the kids. Izzy had taken my order with an awesome attitude. While my children were playing my little boy tried to escape and another one of the staff Patricia saw the fear in my eyes and got his attention and directed him right to me. This is the best service I have had in the state of TN. Thank you Izzy and Patricia both of you deserve acknowledgment for your hard work and dedication to customer service.
Wow the standard in fast food service. When a fast food restaurant is always busy and there’s a line, there is generally a reason. I picked up an order and saw how hard the staff worked to service their customers and the manager. Also the weather was raining and they escorted the elderly couple with an umbrella to their vehicle and make sure they get out of the parking lot. Who does that, Chick-fil-A does it.
This location use to be a really great location but the last couple times I have been here service has been horrible. Food cold, items missing from order, and drive through time between 30-45 minutes!! They use to be so quick about getting the lines moving, now they just don’t care. I had a team lead assume I was lying about not having an item in my bag and she allowed 3 people to check, 3!!! The service just isn’t what it use to be, I may as well go to McDonalds if I wanted such an horrible experience.
Minus 2 stars due to the last 3 months of extremely slow drive through service. Something has changed in their service speed, and maybe I'm just hitting the times when something is going wrong in the kitchen every time I visit. I have to prepare to wait 30-50 minutes in the drive through even though I always order through the app. (Would love to see a separate line for online orders btw)I would love to and will change the review to 5 stars if their excellent drive through speed returns in the months ahead!Same great food quality and friendly employees!
this is the worst chickfila I have ever been to! I try to give them other chances, but I should just make the extra drive to the other one. every time I go, either my food is cold or they just give me whatever they want instead of what I ordered! my second experience was I ordered the regular spicy sandwich with no pickles, I was given the deluxe (which I paid extra for, not even wanting) when I don’t like pj cheese or tomatoes and my large fry was cold! I addressed the issue and they could not resolve because the fryers were shut off for the night. one lady gave me only a free sandwich for my next visit, not even the whole meal considering the fact my fries were cold. another horrible, memorable experience was I ordered a 12 count nugget meal and received a four piece tender!! at that point, I didn’t even go back or call to complain..I’m not surprised by their actions at this point. just will not be returning.
Really want to like this place. Food good, staff very nice, but they just can't seem to get orders correct. Last two visits I was missing items I ordered when I got home. Lost faith they can get orders correct. Disappointed.
Worst chik fil a experience ever. Ordered on the app for pickup in drive through. Arrived line was two wide out onto frontage rode. 3 or 4 employees standing around in the parking lot. No one approached my car like I have always experienced. The line kept moving forward. I got to the dri e through speaker, no answer. There were workers running g all over the parking lot and line delivering food. I flagged one down and she said she would go find someone to check me in. MEANWHILE the line keeps moving and I arrive at the window when someone shows up to check me in. Then they told me to pull into a parking spot 5 minutes pass and no one brings food so I get out of the car and walk to drive through to see if food was ready which it was. They handed it to me no apologies for the wait or not bringing to the car.
