Dinner at Carrabba’s in Murfreesboro has been hit/miss, and sadly with more miss. Seems management has been working on improving the quality of the food coming from the kitchen and it showed. Love their Happy Hour…discounted drinks and many appetizers half-price. Sitting at the bar, I had the pleasure of Abby taking care of me and she did an excellent job. She went to get me some of their warm bread with the olive oil and seasonings for dipping. The bread was hot out of the oven and was soooooo good. I started with the Tomato Caprese appetizer, everything was fresh, balsamic and olive oil complimented nicely, but to me the mozzarella was a bit bland. For dinner went with the soup Mama Mandola’s Sicilian Chicken Soup and the Lobster Ravioli. The soup really surprised me and would be something I would love to grab a quart of and take home…it was really that good. The Lobster Ravioli was delicious, the pasta perfectly Al-dente, and the white wine cream sauce did not overpower the dish. Overall a solid meal, and the service Abby provided was awesome.
Tre is an awesome guy wearing the the name of waiter very well. He has a passion for serving and a love for what he does. He is great on giving suggestions on what to order if u are indecisive. I tried their lamb chops and they were a bit to charred to were I had to send them back ?. Brought them home to eat on tomorrow. The calamari was a bit over cooked, the new Champagne pasta with shrimp dish was very bland taste with a running sauce, we were warned to not order it. The made our night worth being there as we celebrated a birthday?
Best service and food you will find around without a $60+pp price point. Had our wedding reception here(last minute I might add) on a Saturday afternoon and we couldn't have asked for better if we had planned it that way. Then for our 1 year anniversary we just went back and definitely weren't disappointed. Also try the Italian Old Fashioned-delizioso!
Genuinely incredible service. I have never before been treated as well at a restaurant as I have here. We had a slight food mishap with a steak being overcooked, but the staff made sure to handle everything quickly and incredibly to ensure the mistake was corrected, it was an extremely busy night so we understand mistakes happen, but the way they handled the situation really put them way above anywhere else I’ve ever gone. Food was fantastic as a top off too. Dominic was our waiter and we will absolutely be returning for his service and the overall atmosphere here.
It was very nice. I enjoyed the ambiance. The bread with the oil and spices...VERY good. Service...VERY good! The Shrimp Linguini, Salad, Tomatoes w Mozzarella & Mozzarella Sticks were, phenomenal! I'd definitely go again!

My server today was Dalton. They provided excellent service and over all a great server. Very attentive and never let our glasses go empty.Differently recommend if you're looking for authentic Italian food. :)
We had a few family members that were visiting from out of town and the one place we all agreed on was Carrabba's. We called to make sure that we were indeed on the wait-list. I received a text informing me that they would send another text when our table was available. Fast forward. We get there waiting a little because we still had received a text stating our table was ready. Go inside just for them to tell us that they JUST sat another family in our seat because we weren't right there in front of them but like WE NEVER EVEN GOT INFORMED OUR TABLE WAS READY. Thank you to the staff working Saturday night before Valentine's day for making it clear that you DIDN'T want our business. We had a great server elsewhere who made great tips from our table alone. So sorry for the server that missed out at Carrabba's because their front end staff couldn't get it together enough to give us some sort of clear answer. It was a huge disappointment
Food was good but they had mediocre service. Our waitress wasn't personable, didn't introduce herself, and kept avoiding her tables. We had the manager get refills and deliver our food. We will be back to give it another go, but I really hope the service improves.
