Dined in for lunch, and was met with a warm greeting. Food came out fast, hot, and delicious.
I ORDERED ONLINE. WHEN I ARRIVED TO PICK UP MY ORDER, I ASKED THE CAPTAIN D'S HAND YOU YOUR ORDER HOOD RAT HOW MANY TARTAR SAUCE WERE IN THE BAG. SHE GOT AN ATTITUDE AND SAID YOU CAN JUST FEEL THE BOTTOM OF THE BAG AND COUNT HOW MANY IS THERE. THIS IS WHERE COMMON SENSE IS VERY IMPORTANT. SHE DIDN'T HAND ME MY ORDER YET! WON'T BE ORDERING FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN AND I WILL BE SPREADING THE WORD TO ALL MY CO-WORKERS. EXTREMELY LAZY AND UNEDUCATED PERSON!
Very good fish burger North Atlantic fish I tried it very. Crunchy and crispy and tasty with the honey mustard . Defibelty recommend . Very good customer service and fast service
I had never been to a Captain D’s before now, but I’d have to say I’m pleasantly surprised. The service was great and the food was even better. I had the catfish and it was absolutely amazing. Not to mention the corn on the cobb was not dried out and was really good. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone who loves seafood!
The staff was courteous and helpful. The restaurant was clean including the bathroom.The food was hot and fresh. There sweet tea was wonderful.
Excellent! Went for lunch, had the Deluxe Seafood Platter & it was so good. Fresh, cooked just right & didn't take long to get in the drive thru. Will be back real soon!
The worst employees to every be employed by anyone every in the history of employment. They took my money, didn't give me the food, and refused to refund the money after waiting over an hour. apparently they are not capable of cooking 16 peices of fish. However can wait on 14 different customers that came in the half an hour after I arrived.
Food was good just the normal greasy. They were out of cups and lids in various sizes. It's worth trying it out.
We are pretty used to horrible experiences and employees that couldn't care less about the quality of service they provide. One of the reasons I avoid quick serve restaurants. I have to say even on a busy Sunday afternoon, we were greeted warmly with a very friendly voice at the drive through. She was helpful, offered upsizing while telling the price and thanked us. At the window, the outstanding service continued with a friendly greeting and asking if we needed anything else. Just a very pleasant experience. Our fish sandwich combos were also excellent. Keep up the great work!
terrible customer service especially the manager who was there tonight, they said her name is Tori. She let's her employees handle upset customers instead of coming out and being apologetic for her stores mistake of leaving food out of the customers bag. I usually don't leave reviews because I understand a mistake but when you make a mistake and aren't sorry about it or fake it at the least l, have an issue with that. Do better Cason Lane store!
