We go here a lot. Unfortunately, we will be going to a different location now. Things continue to get worse with every visit and tonight was the last straw. I placed an order for pick up between 4 and 4:15 at 2 pm. When I arrived the gentleman that first assisted me look stunned and told me it wasn't 4:15. Fair enough, I asked to pay for my order. He looked at me and said he was busy. I said that was fine, I could wait, not wanting to be rude. About 10 minutes later a girl rings me up and I pay. She informs me it will be about 15 minutes. They hadn't even started my food yet. Shocked I said ok and sat down. Got our food after 20 minutes and headed home. Dinner was good but when I opened the fried ice cream I was not happy. It was a scoop of ice cream with some tiny bit of whip cream on it. I could have replicated this with ice cream from kroger for much cheaper. This location used to be amazing. Sadly, rudeness, lack of service and lack of quality has pushed us to not come here again. I know it wasn't a ton of money but for $150 I expected to at least get decent service and real fried ice cream. I would try a different location if i were you. This one is having serious issues.
This is the second time I’ve been to this restaurant and I’ve had a horrible experience both times. I went with a group of friends both times, and we were stared at the entire time of our stay. Very uncomfortable. The waiter took 20 minutes to take our checks and I was never brought my beer. The owner literally just stood there while we were waving at him trying to get his attention, and he turned away and pretended he didn’t see us. He took care of other tables but not us, and was very unwelcoming and unkind. Will not be returning to the restaurant because the service was so poor, and I am disappointed in the treatment as I serve tables myself.
I took my family here for the 1st time and we had a fabulous meal with incredibly kind and friendly service. My 10yr old ordered his meal on his own and our server was so patient and helpful with him. He loved what he ordered and asked if we could add this place to our favorites list for the area. We just moved here from the country so city life is new to us. We enjoyed our entire experience here and will be back very often. It's rare for my child to actually say "hey mom let's give this place 5 stars!" We reccomend this location both for a family night out a date night too. The food is incredible and fresh and the staff are wonderful and smiling. We think you'll love it too!
Staff is very good in English or Spanish. Food was very good, out fairly quickly, they got our orders right even the special requests, and the prices were about what you'd expect. Drinks were kept topped off.
I been going here for years. I asked this individual to make my order without meat. He told me he can’t do it. However, they have been doing it for years. I asked him to speak with a manager. He said no and hung up on me. I called back 2 times and they didn’t answer my call. Extremely bad customer service. I cannot believe people run business like this. Very disrespectful manners

I've been coming here for years. Never had a bad experience until today. I will not be back. This one is for the regulars... How many times have you walked in the side door and gotten greeted? You ask to sit outside, and they say yes? (They always do.) Well this time, I got told yes and then 2 different girls come out to tell us we need to come to the front first. We say okay. The 2nd girl repeats it again in the most rude way after I told her repeatedly that the first guy we talked to said it was okay. She carried on still being rude, I even offered to move inside and still got treated like trash.. So, we got up and left. The friendly gentleman was wondering why we were leaving.... and I told him the truth. Listen, I am no different than anyone else that chooses to eat at this establishment. To be treated like I am less than them is pure disrespect. The world is ugly right now. We need more kindness. This place has lost it. Makes me sad to see it.
Fast fast fast service. Got my food in less than ten minutes. And so good!
Today was my last trip here. I have been going to eat here for years. The last time we ordered got home... missing a whole plate. This time myself and work friends ordered online. Order at 11am for a 12:15 pick up. I arrived to pick up our food only to find out ther online system was not working and our order was not taken. Normally this would not be a big deal but on lunch at work I was short for time. The girl working the counter was so rude and made the situation 10 times worse. When she brought my food she did not apologize for anything or even say have a nice day. Just turned around and walked away. Very bad customer service.
