The is standard American-Mexican fare. That's not a slight, it's good food for what it is. There are some solid options for adventurous palates, but anyone can find something delicious and leave happy. The staff has been top notch for every visit and they all treat my toddler son well and with recognition. The only misses here have been shrimp dishes. The shrimp is not bad, just not great.
This restaurant was once my favorite , would drive from Shelbyville to eat here. Since the restaurant remolded it has definitely changed. The servers are rude and not very friendly. Had to wait for 15 minutes while I server chatted with her coworkers before ever acknowledging us , walked past us 3 times . The last visit was almost the same and the food had a bad after taste , something was definitely different.
It was ok, they were out of beer at lunch, we had 9 people with us and asked for separate checks our waitress seemed annoyed with us. No Mexican beer at all, go buy some and sell it, that should never happen at a Mexican restaurant. We had to ask 3 times for chips and cheese before we received any. Why?
Good dinner there was a wait but moved quickly for a party of five. Service was good and food was fresh and tasty. Will return
Used to love Camino Real but last 6 or 7 times very disappointing. Two of three orders incorrect and rice cold. Understand slow service these days but the cold food unacceptable. Orders wrong often. No one finished their food. Need to find a different Mexican restaurant.
We enjoyed our meal from the warm chips, tangy salsa and chorizon dip to the grilled chicken and quesdillas. Everything we had was delicious.

Delicious food. There’s a server named Oscar. Very respectful and nice. Food is awesome. Get the steak fajita, pollo con queso, and the spiciest salsa.
My family and I went to eat dinner. The server took our order, brought our drinks, amd never came back until the check. There were four of us. We never got refills, one did not get silverware, no refills for our drinks, and no to-go box We tried to get one more salsa for dinner, the server never came. The three hosts checking their phones could have helped the others out. The other people eating had the same problems. I informed the female at the front that took the paymen she did no seem to care. Very poor management.
