Fast and courteous service at the drive thru, however, they would not accept my "Happy" gift card. I checked later and the card was valid, so, they have some sort of problem with their network. Food was good. No issue there.Edit: I have since learned that the type of gift card I used required being entered as "credit," which was unknown to me and probably the gentleman at the drive-thru, as well, so they are off the hook for that. Anyone with a similar issue: check the card for instructions.
What can I say, I love me a whopper with cheese every now and then. This Burger King has came through with a great tasting burger ever since the first one I ordered, and that was many years ago.The only problem now is the drive thru line is always LONG, and slow.But, I've just went inside, and ordered it to go, and went on my merry way.
Dirty floor, dirty counters, dirty tables. The food prep area looked real nasty from where i ordered. There was bums stretched out and sleeping in the booths. Only one at the counter and waited about 5 minutes to take my order, then they served about ten drivethru orders before giving me mine. Parking lot had garbage everywhere. Employees not wearing masks or gloves. Probly the nastiest fast food place ive ever been to
Order 5 8p chicken nuggets and a meal. Everything was right and fresh. Didn't cost to bad.
Not my first time coming to this location but every time I have came here i have had the same experience. I just want to brag on the employees working here. They are doing a great job and are very kind.
This is one of the dirtiest BK's I have ever been in. The exterior was heavily littered. The men's room had multiple air fresheners sitting around. Why not clean it to remove the smell? The guy who took my order went to the kitchen after taking my order and put gloves on and started making food. I did not see him wash his hands. For being made to order the Whopper was not hot at all (and it was made to order)??? On the upside the order was made correctly. I guess the only time they clean anymore is when they know someone from corporate is coming. Sadly, they get paid to be there.... we the customer are paying to be there!! I tried using SMG comment portal and it was not working. I tried the day of my visit (1-23-2022). I tried again today and it is still not working. Go figure.
I pull up at 8:45pm and tried to make an order for my 3 year old daughter then I'm told they don't have ANY original chicken sandwiches, ANY burgers, and pretty much anything they have to cook because she said "just letting you know we're about to close so we have like nothing" hours before close. Like I was inside the store and they wanted me gone before close, But I was in the drive through.... Smh
Went in there 2 weeks ago. Lobby floor was sticky and as you see in the pictures. The store is filthy, look closely at the floor. Now I know alot of places are short handed, however that is weeks worth of grease and crud on the floor.
Don't come here if you're in a rush like I was an hour ago. Ordered a double whopper meal only ketchup, medium size. Verified at the window they made it only ketchup the guy said no, they'll remake it. Ok cool. Nope, he handed me the bag and being in a rush I didn't check it first. Got a Bacon King with ketchup, mayo, and the worse part, cheese. Incompetent employees is the basis for this mistake. Lobby was closed so its not like they had a lot to worry about. I've stopped visiting burger kings in the last few years because of declining quality of food but increase of prices. This may well have been my very last time. Never again..
The employees there are rude. It's a good thing I'm honest because I could have gotten away with free food. The lady at the window was handing our order and I gave her a crazy look and she said what. I said I have not paid for my order yet and she said oh. After I paid and she handed me our order she didn't say anything she just slammed the window. How very rude. Didn't appreciate my experience there.
