We tried this Buffalo Wild Wings location for the first time today. It wasn't busy when we arrived slightly after the lunch time rush. We were not greeted for about 10 minutes, but when we were we got the best server ever, Kendall. Be sure to ask for her. There is a nice clean feel here since the location is new. Televisions everywhere. AC on blast. We had nachos and chicken fingers with fries. It was all good. ?

I've been here before but not to this location. It's exactly what you would expect from a large nationwide chain restaurant. The food and the drinks are pretty much the same as any other location but on this particular visit, we had a party of 25 to 30 and they only assigned us one server. I felt sorry for the poor girl. They did have two hostesses standing around doing nothing unless people were walking in the door, so one of them could have been running non-alcoholic drinks and refills. Probably just mismanaged. The food came out a little bit at a time by runners who didn't know where anything was supposed to go. It didn't help that half the people at the party couldn't even remember what they ordered when it was being yelled out. Someone asked one of the staff if we could open up the garage door on the end of the room because it was getting stuffy and they told us that it doesn't open. The look on their face was priceless when one of the other people said that it does open because it was open the other day when they were here. ?I had ordered 10-piece traditional bone-in wings with blue cheese. I had to choose ranch because they were out of blue cheese and when everything showed up, the wings were really dry and overcooked and they also brought me an order of fries that I didn't order and then at the end of the night charged me for them anyway. I didn't mind paying for those since I ate them.My wife ordered a chicken club sandwich, which surprisingly came out as ordered, considering all of her food allergies. However they did not bring her any fries because they said they are cooked in the same oil as onion rings (one of her allergies). Clearly the manager did not communicate properly that it was okay, as long as they were not cooking at the same time. ??‍♀️I don't usually frequent large nationwide chain restaurants and apparently I now remember why. I understand that having a large party with only one server can definitely sour the experience, but that's a management problem and that's going to trickle down into all the other staff members. Hopefully your experience will be better.

The service was horrible. We ordered our drinks and food at the same time because it took awhile for them to come to the table. About 25 minutes after ordering I waived down the waiter to ask about our drinks and he said he was working on it. But in reality he never even started on them. I finally got the appetizer about 50 minutes after ordering. It took over an hour to get our food. Meanwhile we watched people be seated after us for up to a half hour and they would get drinks and food and be gone before our food came. Our food finally started to come out but it came out in parts. The handing out of the food took about 20 to 25 minutes before everyone got there food. When something was said to the waiter he just said we bring it out when it is ready and said we could speak to a manager. The manager came over and apologized and said he would do something for us which he did not. This is such a nice place to be run so poorly. I would suspect this place will continue to loose business and until it corrects the issues. A lot of the reviews mirror my review. That would suggest an issue. At this rate they should have stayed at the old place and just went out of business!!

We've been to this newly opened location a few times now. The inside is nice, but there each of our visits have had issues. Kid's meals not being ready with the rest of the table's food. Sides ordered but not delivered. Dry rub not applied to onion rings. Sides upgraded (and charged) but sent to table as regular size. No napkins, just a stack of the drink coasters. It seems no one is checking orders for completion/correct food or ordering supplies properly (a wing restaurant without napkins? Someone better find some at the store when you don't get the napkins from your supplier.)You're going to just have a beer and a few wings, but you might need to hold off until they figure out thinhs here.

First time at this location and it was great. It's laid out nicely, beautiful bar area with lots of seating because it wraps around. Got seated fairly quickly even on a very busy Saturday night. Fast service and great food.

Those new pub pretzel are so good.

I usually get decent service at this restaurant but they definitely have need for improvement at this time. We came in and were given our drinks and forgotten for an hour. At that point, we got up and went up front to remind them we were there. We went at a quiet time (3:30 PM). After we were served it continued to be bad. No dressing on my salad. I had to ask for it and then was charged EXTRA. Even though it was there mistake. They put six different kinds of wings on the same plate with no way to tell what was what. We ordered separate kinds because of individual preference. It was a hot mess. They gave us a $5 credit and a $5 taco dish for their mess up. I’ve never asked for anything free or been a Karen but this was a complete disappointment.

It’s the newer place in town. Therefore of course it clean, new looking and all.The place is big and spacious which I can appreciate. I’ve been to other BWW in which you’re sitting elbow to elbow with the table next to you.We went on a Saturday evening and it was busy but we didn’t have to wait for a table.Service was good & attentive.Food was served in a timely manner. The drinks we actually good too.Parking is just enough for the size the place is. Of course there were TVs on every inch of this place with all games going on.They did have a sign at the door specifying certain game/match they were not broadcasting. I think that’s fair.

We waited at the host stand for 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. We were sat a table, but no one ever took our order. After waiting without drink orders or service, we walked past a large group of servers hanging out at the host stand.

We arrived at this location around 6:45 pm. At 6:50 we gave our drink order. At 7:00 we were finally able to order. We waited 1 hour for our food. I get it was Valentine’s, but 1 hour. My husband received his and we understood the whole hot first out. So we knew our food would come out at separate times. He had a chicken sandwich and onion rings and finally 10 minutes later my wings and onion rings came out. They were at best room temperature. Very disappointed. I wanted to speak with a manager. I start explaining to her and she interrupted me. So I quickly told her “I am talking “ She offered to fix it over and I declined. Didn’t want to wait another hour. She just didn’t seem to care one way or the other what anyone had to say. Needless to say I feel I wasted my money on dinner. Will not be back. Very disappointed.
