The bang bang shrimp was good! Although the Jasmine Rice with my dinner was dry, as though it has been left sitting out for a while and the green beans were a touch hard. My friends fish was dry as well.Staff was nice and the restaurant was clean. I'll give it another shot sometime. But I won't go out of my way.
Our family chose to celebrate Mother’s Day at this location, we're a large group so we made reservations over a week in advance. Everything started off fine and there was no issue with service being a little slow since we understood it was a holiday. However, it took over an hour to order our food. We still remained patient, until the the server dropped ketchup on the table, the floor and on my husbands white tennis shoes. Instead of saying she was sorry for the accident and staying behind to help clean it up she ran off and we basically did not see her the rest of the evening. My nephew had to clean the ketchup from the floor and it was never acknowledged by anyone. We had to ask multiple times to speak to managers because people were waiting for 45 minutes for a drink, no one ever asked for refills for anyone. Half the table we’re getting food the other half was not. I never received my side salad And almost at the three hour mark I asked them to cancel my entrée as I was ready to leave at this point we had multiple issues with food being prepared incorrectly some never received their food and the service team and managers on duty still never could understand what the problem was, take accountability for it or try to resolve it. We had children there obviously, some who did not get their food and those who did was cold and we asked for them to heat it up and it took another 30 to 40 minutes for that to come out. Not once did anyone ever ask is everything OK can we get you anything it was literally the worst service I have ever had. It was four hours before we left and I left hungry. Oh and they brought us checks for food that was not received or was not consumed.They still in my opinion do not take accountability! The servers were also immature speaking disrespectfully to people who are trying to celebrate their Mother’s Day and all they wanted to do was eat. Then as we left, the 2 servers, One who we actually complemented high fived and laughed as we left. I truly have never experienced anything like this and I refuse to ever return to a bonefish Grill even though they did try to give us a $25 promo card. Many of us drove 30 to 40 minutes to come to this location and this was the experience we had, we were there from 5 PM until 9PM. The biggest take away was no one seemed concerned, or at all empathetic to our situation and never tried to see what the real issue was and how to fix it. My advice is to better train your staff not to make excuses such as it’s a holiday, since we’re aware.. they failed at every point and did not care to make it right. What’s really sad is, there was more than what I have listed here that happened.

Good service. Basic seafood options, but pretty taster for a restaurant. Would not recommend the bacon macncheese.
Went there with some family, and I ordered the special that had scallops and shrimp in it. Food came out and there was no shrimp, when I brought this up to the waiter he told me they were diced in there. Mind you If you have ever had shrimps or scallops you will know they taste distinctly different. I was able to get some shrimp brought out, but for a fish place to forget my shrimp and then have the waiter sort of argue over it is a little wacky.
We had an excellent meal here last evening as we took a trek across the state to the midwest. I ordered the grilled grouper with a wonderful glass of Riesling. My fiancé had shrimp scampi on pasta which was very tasty with a wonderful glass of house Chardonnay We had a very good waiter as well.
Best experience we've had at a local restaurant in a very long time. The food was amazing, and all three of us enjoyed every bite. Our waitress Katie was especially knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Couldn't ask for more. Try the Parmesan crusted trout!
I’ve never had a bad meal here!! Until today…I ordered The Cod Imperial which was luke warm at best, I send it back and it came back just the same…warm plate does not mean hot food! We get our check…full price! Credit card machine is down! 1 hour and a half later still down…said hey we are going to the bank…was told one of us has to stay like a a common criminal who is gonna walk out on my check!! I am beyond livid!! This is not a cheap place and this was for Valentine’s Day!! Thanks Bonefish!!
Tried to have a nice date night. My husband and I both ordered the stuffed cod and was served raw fish two times in a row. Was told after the second attempt that it comes frozen and is usually thawed by 5. At this point we were tired of waiting and ready to leave, but was told by management to order something else and they would take care of it. We decided because they would take care of it we would attempt another dish. Being full from eating sides and salad from waiting we decided to split the filet and crab. The steak was ordered medium and was brought out almost well done on one half and medium well on the other. We work in a steakhouse so this was very disappointing especially after the experience we already had. To top it off the manager didn't take care of it like we were told so we ended up paying 60 bucks for an awful experience and meal. We will definitely not be returning. This was a first time visit and last for us. 2/15/22
