Gross as all get out. The guy makes my burrito by hand (with gloves). Then wipes his face and eye sockets with his gloves. Then goes on to get my chips and make the next person's food with the same gloves.I paid my $9 for the burrito and explained why I didn't want it and was leaving. The guy and the manager both looked at each other like "why????"Never going back. Dont need eye buggers in my food.
Excellent food!We had the shrimp tacos and fish tacos and they were delicious.Love the salsa as well. Probably one of the better taco shops in the area. Would highly recommend.
This is a great location and I have been here many times for lunch. The staff is always friendly and eager to help. The food has always been delicious and well prepared. While their burritos and tacos are excellent, on my last visit I really enjoyed just a chicken salad :-)
Terrible service, terrible food, terrible pricing. There are employees eating behind the counter! That is disgusting! Practically overpaying for anything other than chips. Employee working at the cash register was extremely slow and rude. The tables/seating area look like it isn't tended to all day. This is not what a business should look like and whoever runs it needs to wise up or be replaced. I will never be eating here again and will tell all my family and friends about my experience at this establishment.
My family has been going to Blue Coast every Tuesday for over a decade and still enjoy it to this day. Their burritos are excellent, with almost a homemade feel and taste. I would recommend this place to anyone as they have great food at an excellent value.
I have never ever felt more disrespected then I did tonight at this place. I was treated so poorly for asking a question about the cost of a burrito. (Which price isn’t listed on the menu or board)I was told “would I rather pay $15 for the burrito or pay the $8 for your bean and cheese burrito” I can’t even type the rudeness or the attitude at which I received. This young woman I hope is reprimanded or taken off the customer service. Cause she sucks at it. To the young man who made my food offered to even help had his hand smacked away for showing an simple act of kindness. I cannot believe she even has a job, and abuses her coworkers.
It’s been over a year since my family last ordered take out here. Back then the quality was MUCH better than what we got tonight. It’s a shame they went from corse chopped grilled chicken to the current sodium soaked (my guess) CANNED processed shredded chicken now. Either way, the poor choices with meat quality seems to be an issue. My last visit there I waited in a long line to order, but this evening (4) customers total were in the restaurant at 5:45pm on a Friday!? Needless to say, the food I brought home was horrible!
The service and food were good! I was not a huge fan of the taste of Blue Coast, but that's just my own personal preference. The staff was very quick to serve and very courteous. The price for the food you get is great! I would eat here again, and always appreciate their quick service when picking up DoorDash orders.
Clean! Friendly! Food that has a good taste. Only thing I would add is a hotter salsa or fresh chopped jalapeños; but still a 5 star experience.
I recently planned my first catered affair for approx. 50 people. Christie, from the catering department, and Charity, from the local restaurant, were champs; they were so helpful on the phone and in the restaurant. The food was great and was ready for pickup. I would consider this venue again. Thanks guys!
