The overall atmosphere and design of the interior of the place caught me off-guard, such as the El Vocho (or Mexican Volkswagen Beetle) being a exhibit inside of the place. The place looked like it was smaller from the outside, but it’s not small at all, mostly spacious. The workers were decent and the food tasted great. Overall, if you want somewhere new to go to, go here!
I placed an online order with Doordash. I ordered a steak quesadilla that's supposed to come with lettuce, Pico, and sour cream on the side, well they didn't give me any! I also ordered a medium queso dip. They didn't give me any chips to go with it! When I called to tell her about the mistake, she said sorry and that was it. She also said chips are extra, they don't come with the queso unless you order pint size! So I paid $19 for hardly anything and she didn't even try to make things right. Never again will I order from there
So the female who works here with the tattoo on her neck is rude. She was cussing in front of my child, I found out after we left. I noticed she was unhappy about something when I spoke to her,but leave that stuff at home. Customer service is key to any business and her attitude won't help your business. Good luck with that employee. We won't be returning to this Blue Coast anytime soon and if she stays employed I'm sure more customers will do the same.
Israel is incredible. I was able to call in my order and pick it up in 8 minutes. Israel was charming, so funny, and was so quick to get everything done knowing I had my toddler in the car screaming. I wish this Blue Coast was closer for me. I’ll be ordering again when I’m in town! Especially if Israel is working. :) thank you!
Probably my least favorite burrito place, but not terrible. It's a decent lunch if you're near, but literally any other burrito place will be better.
I've been to this location many times and always have a good experience. The staff is friendly and eager to help. It has a large open dining room with plenty of seating indoors and out. While they of course have burritos they also serve tacos as well as salads. It's a great place to go for a keto friendly meal.
We have been long time patrons and this year the service has been less than adequate. Tonight we came in to order food to go and asked if we could get an order for tea. Usually an order is for 4 gallons. The manager on duty said they were understaffed and couldn’t do it. Then our food was thrown in a bag and our dressing not wrapped in foil for transport. Our bags covered in dressing. Who ever trained these kids did not train them very well. I’m having to ask for simple items like foil and new pp bag or plastic bag for our togo order. I’m not sure what short staffed is considered there but 8 employees and managers seems quite a bit now a days.
Been here for doordash for 15 minutes now. Currently standing at the pick up cou ter where DD's are told to wait.. People have walked by me so many times. No one has even acknowledged my existence.
The fish tacos were amazing. I really enjoyed this place. They have something for everybody.
Food was delicious an fresh an we showed up kindof late. Only downfall was one of the workers was very rude an was rushing us an I explained it was our first time eating here. But food was great!
