just want to personally shout out the three ladies who helped me on 5/29/22 in the morning time. i had went in wanting a personalized cake not realizing that you would need a 24-48 turn around time for them to customize it. i needed a birthday cake for my bf (lack of planning on my part & just forgot) & the older woman said she would take care of it and make a new customized cake for me. i came back 30 minutes later and it was already boxed up and ready for me. when i say their customer service is AMAZING, i mean it! the cake was delicious and the experience i had was grand. thank you ladies, i will definitely be back soon!!!
Service has declined. Will not honor smart card coupons Even though their location is plastered on it. They refuse military discount even though they have always offered it. They can't hear order so they have you come to window where you still have to repeat yourself multiple times, just to get a stale waffle cone. Guess I'll try another location next time
The 2 employees working on 3/20 around 7pm were awesome! they were pretty busy & it was just the 2 of them but they both had great attitudes & kept things moving smoothly!
While I was there I heard an employee say they were only there (and not still home and sick) because the others were overwhelmed. Then I FINALLY saw an adult show up, he looked like a manager or owner but stayed on his phone in the back for a bit. Very unprofessional of him in my opinion.
The Establishment says it closes at 10pm. I went with my 3 young children at 8:30 pm and one of the girls who works there, literally ran to the door and I closed it on the door so that we did not enter, without saying anything, she just closed and that's it. A total lack of respect from this employee.
Upper management/owner has no clue what's going on at this location. The employees are disgruntled and have zero effort. If corporate were to be informed they would shut this established down fast, all they would need to do is watch footage for a few hours at the end of the shift.
Just saw the grossest thing. Employee making the cones is eating the pieces and licking fingers. Then using same bare hands to roll the cones for peoples ice cream. So gross. I’ve eaten those. Not coming here anymore. Clearly cleanliness and being sanitary is not a high priority here.
Every time I go through the drive thru I leave bc it’s takes over 20 minutes no exaggeration
Horrible speaker system, very hard to understand the worker. Sat at the window after paying for 10 minutes waiting on the order. When I rolled down the window to flag down a worker, he handed out our ice creams and said he did not know why they had not given them to us. Yes, they were already partially melted. I will go to Dairy Queen next time.
Quick, friendly service. Their vegan flavor was amazing and fortunately all 5 of our picky children enjoyed it. We'll be back soon!
