Crispy fish sandwich is really good (I prefer just the patty with a little tartar, though). But the fries were cold and dark, and when I asked for fresh hot fries, she said, "We just put those out!" Ma'am. So, I'm a liar? She brought out hot fries, but HOW OLD IS THIS GREASE?!?!? ? I'm over it. Eight bucks for a crispy fish patty and over-iced Coke. Got it!
It was just okay, in Denver they give me a Sr. Discount, not here, understaffed, took a long time to get my order, all dinning tables dirty, Brisket was ok a little chilly but it was good also I forgot to ad the clerk refused to give me a Sr discount, I looked it up Generally speaking, Arby's will offer those 55 and over a 10 percent discount on their order. Additionally, many locations will give older ...I wont go back to this one
Was asked to pull forward to the window to order because they couldn’t understand my order. They acted like I was an inconvenience because I ordered four meals… Both girl at window and the manager were rude and were rushing my order. I heard the manager say to another employee “Maybe we would have all of these other orders ready if this one didn’t take so long.” Was still trying to be really nice to them at this point because I thought it could have been an off night. But then I also tried to use the gift card in which I have had trouble using at this location before… I told her just to put it in manually and that is what worked last time. She processed to point at her manager tag and say “honey I know.” I also then did not get my other order of Mozzarella sticks. Overall just horrible customer service so do not waste your time coming to this location.
Chafin place either needs more workers or to take better care. Half my sandwich was missing meat and we were missing a regular fry in the drive thru. This isn't the first issue on an order. With it also hard to get in and out on that street, just go elsewhere.
I love coming to this location!! Kim and Savannah knock it out of the park every time i come here. Food comes out fresh, hot & fast! The employees do such a great job it’s only right to praise this store on social. Thank you all for all you do!
Doors were locked at 6:50 pm. I drive a semi and couldn't go through the drive though. This location sucks unless you have a car
Good food but with the labor shortage you can tell it here. They had the inside locked drive through only and they keep forgetting to give condiments even if I remind them
Shout-out to Chaffin Arby’s tonight (2/20/22). After we ordered the computer system shut-down. As we got to the window, we were told to pull forward the food would be brought out. My husband reminded we had not paid and only had $2 cash. We were told, “we don’t know when it will be working”. Instead of say, “we can’t serve you”, we were given our food for free! Thanks Arby’s!
Stood at counter for five or more minutes before employees ever acknowledged I was there. Very disappointed in the person who was talking the orders. After that the order came up and was quickly filled.
This is the second time I’ve come to arbys drive through and food trash. Stale chicken sandwich with old cheese like come on people….
