I was so excited to finally see an Applebee's again. Haven't seen one in years. Took my mother and children this evening for an early dinner. Approximately 10 patrons dining. The restaurant was nearly empty. Plenty of staff on site. We ordered an appetizer that arrived cold and hard. They were happy to remake for us. It arrived quickly and fresh. We ordered our entrees and waited almost an hour to finally receive cold food that had clearly been sitting for a long time. We asked for the Manager and told her we wanted to leave. We left extremely disappointed. Went to Culver's across the street and within 5 minutes had an amazing meal and great dining experience. Avoid this Applebee's location. Never again. Read all reviews before wasting your time and money. Dirty. Cold. And not worth your time.
Carding grown a** adults! Absolutely crazy, if I hadn’t been traveling across country, left my ID in hotel and took a lift to get some long awaited food, I would of had no problem! Offered them a picture of the front and back of my currant drivers license…. But wouldn’t except this! If you want better food and service, I suggest going to Nachos Mexican restaurant, almost next door, across the road!
Good food, but it seems like they were out of a few things. I ordered the prime rib dipper and the server didn't tell me that it was frozen and thawing for about 10-15 minutes after we placed our order and I was on my lunch hour. I had to order something to go. I still enjoyed the company and atmosphere! Server was attentive, even though they were packed.
The food was nasty like they reheated it. Food look old like it was sitting out for hours. Waiter took our order then forty minutes later gave us the receipt and we never even got our food. The only thing that was fresh was the sweet tea. It took a whole hour to get food and there was only three tables seated. Overall it was a disaster. Please bring old manager back she was amazing and had things organize. Please find steady workers
This Applebee's location did me pretty dirty. I was at the hospital with my son who was having a medical emergency. This was on a weekday and the restaurant was not busy at all. I called in a carryout and went to pick it up. The hamburgers I got were old and hard. There was old welting lettuce and smashed tomatoes. The fries were smashed and I could tell someone did it intentionally. I did call and told the manager however I could not go back to show her what I got because I was at the hospital. The manager did remove the charge and that was cool however we were still left hungry.
There is a sign up on the side, that says enter through front. I do curbside because I work very long hours. Is this door ever going to be open. I just want to walk in and out as fast as possible.Your food is always amazing, I just am do busy, eveu second counts.
This is the last time I will be ordering anything from this location. I have given them chance after chance to just get giving me a napkin right and they can't seem to do that. Let's be honest working in customer service, whether it's retail or food, is not an easy job, been there. However when you get the same reaction and messed up food with an absentee server time after time you say red flag. If someone says 1. yes I have a food allergy can things be bagged separately there shouldn't be a problem 2. do not charge me extra for sides that already come with my food 3. lied directly to my face and say you don't have food items that you clearly do when I come in to the store to ask about them and your bartender comes right out with those items. DONE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND GET YOUR FOOD!!! APPLEBEES GET IT TOGETHER PLEASE.
It was ok nothing extra special. The server was attentive to our needs they gave up a table that made it easy to keep the little ones under control. The coffee was not all that great.
We Were seated as soon as we entered. We sat for 15 minutes and did not have anyone come by to take our drink order. The lady in the booth across from us said she had been waiting for 30 minutes to get her check and a to go box. We decided to go. The manager asked if we were leaving and I told her we waited and no one came to take our drink order. She said that was because 2 people called out. That is not my problem. If it was the first time I would understand but I was in there several weeks ago and had the same slow sub par service. Will not be going back to that one store.
Terrible food and service. Steak was flavorless and raw on the inside. Food was cold and broccoli was undercooked. Restaurant is dirty. Applebee's needs a rebranding.
