My kids love their food. Always quick with good service.
0 stars should be an option. There is a reason they never have any cars in the drive thru. I got zaxbys nibblers meal around 1 today and by the time I got out of the shower a hour later I couldn’t even stand up. I have never felt a pain like this in my life my stomach is in knots so I’m guessing I got food poisoning.
I was probably one of the first ones there I was there when they opened right up. I went through the drive-thru they were very pleasant
Just Typical Fast food. Not much flavor and chicken not very tender.
Just picked up dinner for my husband and I! The food taste like it was made at lunch time. Fries were hard cold, and stale! Chicken was cold as well. Not sure why they would serve food like that.
My husband and I went through the drive thru and ordered wings and a house salad my salad had blonde hair in it. I pulled a long piece of blonde hair out of my mouth that is disgusting I will never go back and anybody I know want be back.
I love Zaxby’s but the Zaxby’s in Mount Juliet is the worst this is my third or fourth time going there my wings are not all the way fully cooked I can’t even get a grilled chicken cooked all the way I’m just done

Been to this Zaxby's a few times now and the chicken is always very fresh and good. I was a little disappointed as they did mess up my two kid order but the food quality is always much better then other Zaxby's I have been to
I like this place! Most places I go, I get a chicken sandwiches over a burger.. unless the burger is great, so this place is a win for me. Lol Love the cheese curds here. The chicken is good but can be a little on the salty side if you don't like salt, so I always get the chicken in a sandwich or their really good salads to balance it out. I also like how they have many great options on sauce for your chicken.
