Used drive thru service to order food. Service was prompt. Price was fair and the food was very good. I would return.

I was an out-of-towner looking for local BBQ a bit outside of the city. It's a small joint and they were struggling to keep up with the demand for ribs, but the pulled pork was better than expected.
I ordered a sweet tea and dropped as soon as I got up the road. I turned around and went back and they gave me a free replacement tea??❤️❤️ It is 3pm on a Friday. I needed this sweet tea to get through the last hours of work

I needed BBQ for my Dad's 90th birthday party. It was Friday night and I needed it for Saturday. Tried to order at a few places but each had some issue. Remembered Whitt's and although closed for the evening, they had a form on the website that you could fill out and someone would call you the next day. I was sceptical but to my surprise, they called me Saturday morning. Gentleman verified what I had on the form, made the order and had it ready for me on time. The pork and ribs were a hit and will definitely be ordered again. Thanks.
We went to the Mt.Juliet Whitt's and ordered the baked potatoes with cheese, butter, and sour cream all on the side. Oh my they were good! The potatoes were soft, fluffy, and large enough to make a meal! EXCELLENT❣
Whitt’s catered our baby shower over the weekend. When I placed my order I guess I did not specify that I also wanted the plates, utensils, tea, buns and cups. Nick got back into his vehicle and went back to the store to get everything for us. The food was amazing and the customer service we received was even better. We definitely recommend!
I was picking up 75 pounds of BBQ for a church event with the youth group. When I arrived the employees were super nice, they carry the barbecue out and put it in my vehicle. Order was correct and packaged well.
