Beware: Unfriendly service staff and poor customer service.Counter hostess and line cook seemed more interested in berating me in front of the dining patrons and staff for using a door that led inside of the restaurant.Instead of welcoming me to their restaurant and offering me a menu. I didn’t get my Waffles as I was busy being accosted and forced feed with extreme reiteration “We don’t use that door.”I’m sure the food would have been decent but the ambiance and staff attitude is a major turn-off , that’s the last thing someone needs when it’s 2:00am and you’re hungry. As for the future “I won’t be using that door.” I will not return.
Very disappointed from the moment I sat down, didn't speak, first reply was what you want, I had no menu, I said give me a moment, 30 seconds later, you know what you want, now the food was great and fast too, however my folk and knife were not placed but throw down, So I watched Jodie wait on other she was nice, engaging, I'm a very friendly happy person and often tip equal to the cost of the meal, my plan was to get a large breakfast, I chose only to get a waffle and bacon, I had to fight myself because I always tip and tip well, I couldn't leave a tip for service that bad, I didn't take it personal but maybe I should have, will not visit again. And I love the Waffle house. Jodie I hope you do better you never know who a good tipper and I want to believe your a better person than what I experience.
It was my first time visiting this location since I’m in town to see my family. Our server made a small mistake with my mom’s order but was upset when she didn’t want it remade just to get the side of chili she asked for. When I got my food it tasted good, but it was really greasy, I got a cheesesteak melt hash brown bowl. It was great until I found a foreign hair in my food?. I decided to take it home and nuke it later to be able to eat it and started drinking my water I didn’t bother to ask a straw for. That’s when I noticed another black hair on an ice cube in my water. I didn’t say anything to the server, but it was definitely the worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant.
The food has been not so good these last two times I've been here...bacon was burned and the grits were dry. The waitress we had this 2nd time needs some training she was borderline unprofessional. I was ordering she didn't understand what I was asking for, so she said "what you saying" so loud... it was laughable that she didn't realize she was unprofessional. She then proceeded to tell a man at the counter she doesn't get along with families....huh?!?!
believe it or not, twas my first time at the franchise and i actually really enjoyed it. just kinda like dennis and ihop tbh. fresh waffles were really nice tho.
My wife and I decided to eat here since it was close to our hotel. What a horrible experience. Period!! Our waitress was high on something. She said she hasn't had any sleep in over 24hrs. The waitress that relieved her kept apologizing for her and told us she always comes to work high on something. The burger I ordered was like jerkey and our order was brought to us wrong. Jodie, the waitress that was high forgot I ordered coffee and I had to ask for it again. She wrote our bill and what should have been a $18 bill, she wrote down $37.50. Wow..... I asked the other waitress about the bill and she couldn't believe it. She again apologized and corrected it. Thank God she took the place of Jodie. How can someone keep their job like this?? How pathetic is the management. Jodie was even staggering while she was walking around. Talked with a slow slur. Don't take a genius to know what's up. Plus her co- worker confirmed what we thought. You want to feel bad for someone like this but she's an adult and must be accountable for her own actions. Waffle House needs to look into this.
Food took forever. His hashbrowns were on the burnt side of crispy. Mine were not cooked enough in center. Took waiting almost a half hour for drinks and over an hour for food. 3 people working that we could see.
I was able to get a seat immediately. The waitress greeted me, and brought me coffe with plenty of cream and sweet and low. I ordered the "All Star Breakfast." Was able to substitue a biscuit for toast, and gravy for hashbrowns. Everything was cooked to order amd hot. They brought refills on coffee as needed. The manager came by to check to see if everything was good. He also did this with other customers. He was tall, fit, Causian and very professional. I wish I could buy stock in this company (emploee owned) I always look to get Britanny as my waitress, as she is top notch waitress. She knows what and how I like things. She is outgoing, positive, friendly, and helpful She is the top of the top.
Very good not your typical waffle house. Very tame staff in comparison to other waffle houses but will still give you the waffle house at midnight experience with out having your life threatened.
Awesome service. Waitress was kind. Food was fixed perfectly. Eggs overeasy, bacon crisp, double hash browns, scattered, smothered, covered, chunked, and diced with black coffee.
