Quite possibly the worst meal I've ever had in my life. Got uber eats, restaurant took so long that I went through FOUR delivery drivers.Food arrived ice cold and measly portions, 2 burgers and a dip was $110.Everything was ice cold and burnt.Howre you charging $24 for a burnt hockey puck the size of a mini burger?$17 dip was about 1 oz of dip.The bri and bacon jam had the TINIEST PIECE OF BRIE I've ever seen.Seriously? Awful.
Love it here! First, has a great atmosphere with unique decor, high ceilings, and the pool/volleyball courts just outside. But the food definitely tops all that. We’ve only been 3 times now, but every menu item is to die for. Hot chicken mac n cheese (perfect amount of heat!), avocado salad (with fried chicken), chicken gyro (the crispy chickpeas!), and the southwest plate starter (dips are dangerously good!)…it’s all amazing. Priced fairly well for what you get and service has always been great!
This place was recommended by a friend for brunch. My experience was not great. I ordered the mixed berry French toast and it was NOTHING like the description. No whip. No fruit or bacon. No thick toast. The toast was super thin and hard (mind you we went at open so it shouldn’t have been old) and it wasn’t mixed berry. The huevos rancheros was not as described either. No warm tortillas. The service was not good at all. No one at my table got a refill on our drinks nor did we see our server again except to get the check. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It was a complete waste of money. The bathrooms (at open) were dirty. The other people with us were not happy either and they actually left still hungry.
OK place to grab lunch or dinner with outside seating near Providence in Mt. Juliet. Got excited that they had Miami vice at the bar only to find out the machine was broken. Ordered a regular pina colada instead only to be disappointed again by its lack of flavor. But the server knew this and asked me if it was any good. So they made another one that was better. The only gluten-free items they had were substituting a bun or gluten-free crust. I had the pizza with pork belly, jalapeno, and brie.
I've had alot of BLT sandwiches from all over the country because its one of my favorites and alot of restaurants drop the ball, but The GOAT in Nashville/Mt Juliet had mastered the BLT. This is by far and hands down the absolute best BLT I've ever had in my 40+ years on earth. My friend Sean had the jerk chicken tacos he said was good. But every time I come to Nashville now I'm definitely coming to the GOAT for this BLT ?????
Ella Burgess is an exceptional waitress. She made our dining experience so much more! Great menu and atmosphere!
We had a wonderful experience. The food was great and our server, Ella, was professional and sweet. Definitely recommend The Goat to all of my friends and family!!
Visiting Mt. Juliet from out of town we stopped at The Goat to have something to eat. Our server was Ella and she was one of the best servers we have had any where. She knew the menu and told us about the different dishes. She was so sweet and helpful. The food was very good and we will be back next time in town.
We love The Goat and loved our waitress, Ella Burgess! She is the best, very attentive and sweet! She made our dining experience wonderful!
Mediocre and overpriced for what you get.Having never been here before, we decided to give it a try.We were seated fairly promptly, and that was it.We were ignored for the next half hour. And it was only after we flagged down a manager, that we received some service.Even then service was only halfway decent. We did not have a designated waitress, we were served by three different ones.Getting a drink refilled was impossible, as in it never happened. My girlfriend's mixed drink never arrived, yet they still put it on the bill. They knew that and took it off the bill, but it took them twenty minutes to do it.Our orders did not come out cooked correctly, or with the correct sides. We ordered our burgers cooked medium, and they were completely overdone. They resembled little charcoal briquettes. Not to mention the fact that the burger patty is about as thick as two Krystal pattiesThe only thing they did get right, was the fried pickles. Those were very good and cooked correctly. But it wasn't enough to save the visit, definitely won't return here as there are much better options out there.
