Horrible location, I bought 15 tacos and they were very cold, dry, taco shells right of the case never been worm and hard, I asked for plenty of hot and fire sauce and it was non in the food bag. I Called the store several times no body answer the phone. I called one more time, team member answered the phone and accused me of lying, and I said I will let corporate know. She Voluntarily gave me her store number; basically she doesn’t care. Also, I asked her for the store mgr. She said is not here. I asked for Asst. mgr. And she refused.Not recommend it location
Best Taco Bell experience almost every time! Nice, quick and personable.The guy at the window/speaker is always so pleasant and friendly and I never have to wait long at all. Sometimes, they do ask I pull around to the side/main entrance while they finish making my food. But again, they're pretty quick to bring it out. Honestly, best in the area. I prefer them to Hermitage by far! Thanks, guys!Note - I come between 11 & 2 on weekdays. Drive thru.
Worst Taco Bell ever! Order is always wrong, always. The ingredients appear that they have been in a turbulent airplane ride and slid to one side. If you get everything you order consider yourself really lucky because the server must have taken their meds.
The food had a good taste, however, it would be better if they served it hotter. Service was good and the order was filled accurately.
This taco bell is trash. I've visited this specific location by the Mt. Juliet ball fields on numerous occasions, and it's basically the same thing every time. The food is incredibly subpar, and they almost always mess at least one thing up on my order. Take for instance my last visit, I ordered a steak quesadilla. They didn't even cut the quesadilla correctly, and half of the dern thing didn't even have steak in it! It was essentially a cheese quesadilla with a little bit of steak thrown in. It was flat as can be. I understand prices are going up everywhere and they need to cut costs where they can, but that's just silliness. If you aren't going to put steak in the quesadilla, don't serve steak quesadillas! I will literally spend more gas to go to a taco bell at a different location rather than visit this one again.
The employees are very rude and disrespectful to people they mess your order completely up and then they get an attitude when you ask them to fix it
This place has it all, nachos, tacos, burritos, chalupas, gorditas, nacho fries?? This is the Taco Bell you know from everywhere in America. A brand new beautiful store. Just be careful for the after effects. ?
I do not like this location at all. It’s apparent they do not care whatsoever. They just slap the ingredients on. I paid extra for a taco supreme so it’d have sour cream & they put a tiny drop on one end of the taco. Won’t be back for sure
The chipotle crispy chicken tacos are really good!
When you have an illuminated dining room open sign ON, maybe the dinning room should be OPEN? Raining and got wet and wasted my time. Try harder.
