This is hands down, the WORST store in the entire franchise. It’s not even close. As many of you, I have been to Starbucks in many cities and in many states. It blows my mind how mis-managed this place is. They are ALWAYS out of mine or my wife’s drink, they can NEVER get her order right (lite ice means LITE ICE), and I rarely see a person of authority in the place. So that’s the problem….management. Or lack thereof. I don’t blame the workers, I blame management. 100%. Their leadership in this location is severely lacking. We will drive 15 minutes out of the way to go to the one on Lebanon RD. It’s just not worth the hassle to go to this one any longer.
Okay so I don't usually go out of my way to do this, but this store/team deserves some recognition. I came through the drive thru this morning and ordered a sandwich and drink, and not only was the service FAST and AMAZING and everyone was in high spirits, but someone put a smiley sticker on my sammie bag! It made my day when I noticed it, and someone in there is having fun and making the customers feel appreciated. As an ex-partner, I know some days it isn't easy to have fun, and it's the little things like this that make it fun for everyone. This Starbucks rocks(: 11/10
Always a great spot to grab a cup of coffee and catch up with a friend. Plenty of seats, great selection, and service is solid. I always have them warm the chocolate chip cookie. Delicious!
Stopped in to buy a bag of Christmas Blend and was hoping to find a cool new mug, but this year's choice were kind of bland. That aside, the people at this MJ location are always super friendly and fast! And to the guy with the tattoos, I was so happy to see ink at Starbucks that I can't remember your band's name ???
Everyone was nice even though we came before the closed. I apologize to the staff for coming in right at closing time and thank you for still serving us.
I love Starbucks and this is the closest one to my home. It is also the one that is open the latest in the area. The staff are always amazingly attentive and polite. It took a while to get this Starbucks open, when I first moved to the area but I'm glad they opened. This is my go to study zone.
Went to this location on 10/24/21 around 8:30AM in the drive thru. They had a person out back in the drive thru line taking orders on a tablet. For whatever reason the person did not take my order. They took the truck's order in front of me then played on their phone off to the side, when the line moved they got the car behind me. I stopped at normal drive thru box, and no one came on the speaker to take my order. Waited in line until I got to the window and told the employees no one had taken my order. They proceeded to insinuate I had done something wrong in the process rather than acknowledge the order person messed up and just didn't take my order. I drove off because I should not have to argue with a business when one of their employees messed up. So decided to buy breakfast from a locally owned establishment in Mt Juliet. I probably spend $200-$300 a month at Starbucks, and the service and quality has been declining. I will find somewhere else to spend my money.
This location is terrible. Today we waited 45 min from ordering for 3 drinks to go. It's regularly changing managers, the district manager George is also a joke. Be warned that you'll likely get the wrong order or wait an insane amount of time because this team is chaotic and unorganized.
Nice location and barista was nice. Though it was long queue and we were served about 10 mins. We got perfectly what we ordered and we did it in drive through. Will recommend foe sure
Starbucks is always good. This one was super busy at the time we went and there were at least 20 drinks at the counter waiting for pickups which makes walk in waiting a little intimidating. We probably waited about 20 min total for two drinks. The one we had out right away but it was a tea. We waited a while for the iced shaken espresso and they gave me a tall instead of a venti like I paid for but they ended up giving us another tea for some reason...so I'm not sure if we did good or bad at this one. We ended up with something extra we didn't want and got something smaller than what we paid for. The crew was working extra hard with orders tho so I can't really complain. Organization just needs to be a little better. The drinks were delicious.
