Pulled into a stall and pushed the button only to be told they were doing Drive-Thru only. There were only three cars in the line, so I decided to wait. After 25 minutes, the two cars in front of me had made their orders and pulled up. Before taking my order, the lady on the intercom informed me it would be ANOTHER 10 minutes before they could take my order. After said 10 minutes, I ordered and pulled up only to have to wait again for the cars in front of me to get their food. After that, I had to wait longer for my food than I thought should have been necessary, and they also tried to hand me the wrong food at first. Even after waiting over 45 minutes total, they ended up getting my order wrong in the end anyway. I only ordered a Large #5 combo and a Brownie Batter Master Shake.I understand labor shortages and being overworked, but 45 minutes for 3 cars is unacceptable.
This is the absolute worst Sonic there is. The service is terrible. I sat there waiting for them to take my order only to be told several minutes later a bit of jibberish. Turns out she said it was drive thru only. Not sure why there was multiple cars parked then. Also, not to mention the slow service in the actual drive thru and them being out of things all the time. I’ve only been to this one a handful of times and the experience is always awful. I typically dont even leave with food.
Always understaffed and never gets my order right. Never have ice cream. Not sure how they’re still in business.
Went to Sonic for a refreshing treat on a hot day at 3:50 p.m. Pushed the button and the hostess told us that they were on a 10 minute wait. Interesting, but okay, we waited. Pushed button again at 4:00 and were told they are on a 15 minute wait. Huh? The young lady explained that the orders were backed up and that they were having trouble getting them out. So many orders on the board that they could not take any more. Who ever heard of such? Ridiculous.
these bad reviews are blowing my mind. I love this sonic and the people are always so nice. I come atleast once a week to get drinks. If the wait is long the workers are always apologizing. I ordered on the app today just 2 drinks. I was at stall 5 around 2:20 pm and I didn’t catch the name of the girl who came to my car but she was so sweet! She made my whole day. I waited for maybe 2 minutes and they were SO busy! Good job guys and ignore these bad reviews, people complain about any and everything. I appreciate you guys!
Worst Sonic I have even been too And I go a lot. This is only Sonic that can not have onion rings. First time I thought ok. Bound to happen. Well the next 5 visits they were out twice more. Kids running place. Or should days kids aren’t running it. No one is
I arrived at Sonic at 11:48. A girl answered immediately, but asked us to wait. It took a while but they got our order. After a while we became increasingly concerned about no food. Finally at 12:21 we gave up and left. I felt bad about being a drive off, but 33 minutes is too long. We went next door to McDonalds and had our food in under 6 minutes.
Doesn't deserve the one star! I've tried to give this sonic, chance after chance but since the summer of 2021, out of ice ream, during summer, really and it took over a week to get our order cause paid online, it just keeps getting worse! WTH does Sonic even need a drive-thru, seems about all that gets used at this one! Anyways I was so hungry stop by stalls we're open, got a BLT w/cheese, how can u screw that up, right?!? They did! I absolutely hate the heel, a lot of ppl do! May not have even noticed if put inside & cheese was cold! I was to hungry & had left! I'm done with this one never ever going back, I'll starve first!!!!!!
Terrible service. We ordered through the app and after we pulled in the spot it said ‘Nicole is on the way with your order’. The worker was in the car in the stall next to us, hopefully on her break. She got out of her car and just looked at us before she went back inside. We waited about 15 minutes and hit the call button. She answered with ‘we’re drive thru only’. Seems she could have said something to us when she got out of her car or at least a sign somewhere. We drove up and finally got our order from the 2 workers who were playing around inside. (It was freezing and rain so not many customers.) We let another couple that had been waiting know to go to the drive thru. Not being busy and letting people sit in their cars waiting without quickly calling their stall to let them know is a sign of pure laziness, terrible character and work ethic.
This location is the worst out of all fast food locations in middle TN. They turn their lights off to make you think they’re closed so they don’t have to work, make you wait a ridiculous amount of time to place your order, don’t get the orders right, forget items you ordered altogether. They’re always out of things: cheese, ice cream, Dr. Pepper, general kindness towards humanity… Overall, they very genuinely do not care about their job, the service they provide, or their customers. They must not have even remotely decent regional management for how poorly they run. It has been this bad for the 3 years I’ve lived in Mount Juliet. I loathe this location. Avoid!
