We just left there and I have to rave about Kenny working the bar area today. He was legit the best server we have EVER had in our entire lives. And let me add, we’re picky about customer service. This dude was 100% the example of how customer service should be. We never once had to ask for anything. So friendly, I wanted to hang out with him! ? This dude is amazing & everyone should be so lucky to have Kenny as their server. When we come back in town, we will call ahead & make sure he’s working before we even come. Amazing ??
me and hubby took My mom for her birthday. we had the best server. the food is always great. never had a bad service.. I wish they would build one in Clarksville.
Being a nursing mother, the staff were angels as they went above and beyond to make accommodations for me to have a seat with a little more privacy and they made me feel comfortable and appreciated. Kenny was also an absolute delight. The food came speedy quick and the drinks were ALWAYS full. He made sure we were taken care of. The absolute BEST service! ?
The first time I came to this location the staff were rude to their superiors and paid no attention to their guests. Today 5/29/22, I decided to give it another chance since my son wanted RR for dinner. We arrived and were told there was a 10 to 15 minute wait but the entire restaurant was practically empty. Once we got our table and had time to look over the menu, we had waited for 15 minutes and not one server came to acknowledge us. Guests that came in after us were immediately acknowledged and received drinks and their orders taken. I didn’t even attempt to flag anyone down because it’s the servers job to know who they’re serving. The serving industry is definitely not what it use to be and this location shows it well. I got fed up and walked out with my son. I did inform the hostess of my departure and the reasoning but didn’t give her a chance to correct it. I refuse to give money to a company/location that doesn’t train their staff properly. I understand many places are understaffed but an acknowledgement goes a long way. I’m surprised this location is still standing.
We love going to Red Robin for a great hamburger. I have never been let down. It’s was a dine in today but I have had takeouts’s also. I am cheeseburger guy with garlic fries. Our waitress was 6 ⭐️It was lunch time. Yes… Coming back.
Went here for a kids birthday dinner. Restaurant was understaffed, so we had to wait 30 minutes for a table. As soon as we sat down, the server had to go down the list of the MANY things they were out of. Of them, they were "almost out of fries" that they bought at the grocery store because they ran out of their legendary steak fries (keep in mind that they proactively advertise these to be bottomless).We tried to male the best of it. Ordered our food and about 5 minutes later we heard "we're out of fries" come out of the kitchen. Our server promptly told us that the kitchen was out of fries and we could replace them with broccoli or chips. We went with chips and then asked for a manager to come to the table. Since they were out of fries, we asked for the bill to be reduced. They took 6 dollars off the bill, for a party of 5.Then, the burgers came out...they were colder than the potato chips (which were literally wavy lays) in the basket and one burger was red in the middle.At this point, even the manager was profusely apologetic. I was pleased with the server and management trying to mitigate the experience, but at this point there was no recovering. We got up and left before completing the meal. Hopefully this was the exception, not the rule, for their daily business model.
We had a party of 10 and everything went very smoothly. The food was delicious and the staff were on top of their game. We loved it.
Trying to order a to go order was much too difficult. Finally spoke to a real person and placed the order. Food was ok, but they did not send any seasoning, condiments, or silverware. We were eating this at our hotel so this was incredibly inconvenient. After a ten hour drive I didn't have it in me to drive back to the restaurant to get any of those items.
My favorite burger place. I like beef, but their veggie burgers are very good too! Endless fries are a good deal with a meal. I'm always too full to get them!
Service was prompt, courteous and friendly. Burgers were awesome. No extra napkins or knife at table. Thirty minutes after leaving restaurant had to make high speed run to toilet.
