Everything was fine and delicious ?

I ordered the “3 from the Sea” which comes with an appetizer, a side, and an entree. The House salad was sad and the fish in my entree of fish and chips was overdone and chewy. I ordered a Diet Pepsi which looked like water and tasted like CO2 as they’re machine was clearly low on soda. I asked for a new one and the waiter was not enthused. He said he would check with someone but never brought me a new one and didn’t take the old one….? My husband’s fried shrimp and pan grilled shrimp was to his liking. The brownie and ice cream dessert was good but a little dry. Overall, I was not impressed with the food quality or wait staff. The restaurant was also not very clean.

Great service. Food was hot and fresh

My wife and I like to spend our anniversary there. We have always enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. It seemed that the shrimp was fried in dark oil. All the food tasted very salty. I have always been a fan of Red lobster for special occasions. I was very disappointed this time. The waitress was not trained. The shipwreck Mary I thought was a Red lobster highlight. When I asked for the shipwreck Mary you could hear the waitress asking if anybody knew what it was. When I got it it was in a small beer glass. I have never left a negative review but I have to this time.

The food was great. The crab legs were really good. The biscuits are always good at Red Lobster. The time, it wasn’t a complaint. The food came probably 10 minutes after the appetizer. The waitress told us that we had come on the best day. The crab legs were big, they weren’t scrawny or little. The service was great. Best experience at Red Lobster in years!

We go here 6 times a year and this was the best yet! Fresh large raw oysters, perfect wait staff and fresh crab legs! It was just perfection! Compliments to the chef! From the salad to the biscuits to the perfect cocktail sauce with additional horseradish, it was superb!

Terrible bar service. We waited over an hour for a "to go" order of two entrees. While the food was good when we finally got it, we had to ask for the signature cheddar rolls (and they charged us for them!), and after our initial order of wine and beer (to pass the time), the bartender didn't speak to us. Never asked if we wanted another beverage and didn't offer water. We will not return.

(Ok my last visit was horrible) But the manager reached out and made it up with a gift card. This visit was AMAZING ? food was hot and fresh. Thank you Thank you Thank you the Manager for the amazing service. Will definitely be back

food was delicious server was great

Waitstaff is very friendly and helpful with deciding what to choose. My main complaint is with the cook. I ordered a Bar Harbor Lobster Bake, and it would have been great had it not been smothered in paprika after it was all cooked and plated. I couldn't taste much besides powdered paprika. The waitress and manager were very accommodating when I raised this concern. Other than that, Red Lobster in Providence is great!
